Woman Indicted for Sexually Assaulting Underage Teen: Roundup
Plus, alleged Portsmouth assaulter indicted on numerous charges, alleged drug dealer from Maine, alleged Newton burglar, also indicted.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Nicole Reeves, 35, pictured upper left, of County Farm Road in Ossipee, for five counts of felonious sexual assault and certain uses of computer services prohibited, all felonies, as well as sexual assault. In June 2016, in Nottingham, she allegedly fondled and digitally penetrated an underage teenage girl and communicated with her over the kik messenger service about sexual interaction.

Christopher Riley, 22, pictured lower left, of Locust Lane in South Berwick, ME, for felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on June 22, 2016, in Epping. He was previously convicted of possession in September 2014.
Justin Robinson, 32, with a last known address of Ames Street in Brockton, MA, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, for allegedly stealing a Dewalt tool kit from Lowes on April 27, 2016, in Salem. He was twice previously convicted of theft.

Charles E. Ryan, 19, of South Main Street in Newton, for burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary, both felonies, allegedly on June 27, 2016, in Newton. He allegedly worked in concert with Justin Boivin and Eric Earle to burglarize the A&M Junction Store on West Main Street.
Jessica Sederquest, 37, pictured upper center, of Huse Road in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies, as well as suspension of registration of vehicle and driving after revocation or suspension. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Aug. 4, 2016, at the Lowes in Salem. The drug charge is connected to an alleged incident on July 5, 2016, in Salem.
Candi A. Serounian, 41, pictured lower left, of Wedgewood Road in Portsmouth, for three counts of second-degree assault, two counts of simple assault, and criminal restraint. In May and June 2016 in Portsmouth, she allegedly kept another woman from getting up while kicking her in the head. In another reported incident, Serounian allegedly acted in concert with Guiseppe Maini, by injuring the same woman, and causing a nasal bone fracture.
Rory Stewart, 27, of Bliss Road in New Concord, OH, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, and driving or operating under the influence of drugs, allegedly on Route 101 in Exeter on July 8, 2016.
Kevin Sullivan, 29, of Middle Road in Deerfield, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on June 30, 2016, in Raymond.
Kevin J. Sullivan, 22, with a last known address of Gilcrest Road in Londonderry, for felony bail jumping, allegedly on Nov. 3, 2016, in Brentwood, after failing to appear on a violation of probation imposed on a burglary conviction.
Michael Tibbetts, 35, of Bracket Lane in Berwick, ME, for felony possession of a controlled drug-heroin, allegedly acting in concert with Stanley Kuligowski on Jan. 26, 2016, in Newington.
Stephen Tolmie, 33, pictured upper right, of Boxwood Lane in Raymond, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin, allegedly on June 8, 2016, in Candia.
Heather Yost, 35, of Beauty Hill Road in Barnstead, for two felony counts of forgery, and two counts of driver’s license prohibitions. In May 2016, in Derry, she allegedly issued checks to Ocean State Job Lot from a Citizens Bank account that didn’t exist and issued a phony temporary identification during the process.
