Alleged Somersworth Stalker Arrested On Charges: Portsmouth Police Log
Plus, Florida man arrested on forgery, assault, and other charges, and a local mom faces a child endangerment charge.

PORSTMOUTH, NH — Four 15-year-olds were taken into protective custody at 2:18 a.m. on July 4, 2017, after police were called to Peverley Hill Road for a report of a criminal trespass incident.
Andrew J. Ludwig, 31, of U.S. Highway 19 North in Port Richey, FL, was arrested at 5:04 p.m. on July 2, 2017, for simple assault, forgery, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest or detention, criminal mischief-vandalism, criminal trespass, and theft by unauthorized taking. Police were sent to the area of Pearl and Hanover streets for a report of a woman stated that her bike was stolen. Another caller alleged that two men had sticks and were arguing with the woman about the bike. “The male with the stick tried to hit the neighbor,” one witness alleged. Police knew Ludwig from previous encounter and was arrested.

Christopher M. Abbott, 32, of Beechstone Apartments in Portsmouth, was arrested at 2:42 p.m. on July 2, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault and false imprisonment. A woman stated that she was running away from her boyfriend who reportedly took her keys. Police assisted the woman and took her back to the apartment and Abbott was arrested.
Terry Morales-Ahern, 20, of White Cedar Boulevard in Portsmouth was arrested at 5:50 a.m. on July 2, 2017, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. He was arrested on White Cedar Boulevard.

Nicholas J. Lang, 36, of Rock Street in Rochester, was arrested at 6:06 p.m. on May 31, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a motor vehicle stop on Bartlett Street. “Heroin related items were taken (but) no charges (were issued),” according to a report, which stated later that the items were to be destroyed.
Megan R. Brown, 35, of Holiday Drive in Portsmouth, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. on May 31, 2017, for endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent. Police were sent to the home for a report of a young girl playing in the front lawn unsupervised. The caller, according to dispatch, reported the same problem the day before. “Today, the child said her mother is inside sleeping,” according to the caller. Brown was later arrested.
Peter J. Theriault, 37, pictured in this file photo, of Turgeon Lane in Somersworth, was arrested at 11:37 a.m. on May 31, 2017, on two stalking charges, two counts of default or breach of bail conditions, and tampering with witnesses and informants. Officers were sent to Parrott Avenue to meet with the Portsmouth Police Department prosecutor for a report of a possible restraining order violation at district court. Theriault was later arrested.
Danielle Fealey, 35, of Cottage Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 7:03 p.m. on May 30, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a motor vehicle stop on Banfield Road and Peverly Hill Road.
Amber C. Fuchs, 37, of Barrett Farm Drive in Greenland, was arrested at 6:33 p.m. on May 30, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a motor vehicle stop at Fleet and Congress streets.
Dean A. Landry Sr., 61, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 1:42 p.m. on May 30, 2017, for theft of a motor vehicle, criminal trespass, unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle, driving after revocation or suspension, and default of breach of bail conditions. He was arrested in Market Square.
Destin J. Stewart, 27, of Indigo Hill Road in Somersworth, was arrested at 1:11 p.m. on May 30, 2017, on two counts of criminal mischief-vandalism. He was arrested on a warrant.
Vincent Knox, 45, of Chapel Street in Dover, was arrested on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court at 6:40 a.m. on May 30, 2017, after a tipster reported three homeless people were walking up and down Portwalk Place, “following people and trying to talk to them,” according to dispatch. “They made the reporting party very uncomfortable,” according to the report. After officers spoke with the men, one, Knox, had an active warrant and was arrested.
