Alleged Exeter Stalker, Portsmouth Sex Offender Indicted: Rockingham County Roundup
Plus, Seabrook woman and man indicted for drug charges, Derry woman indicted on evidence charge, and Sandown woman indicted for theft.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently.
Joseph Romonoski, 49, of Folly Mill Road in Seabrook, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and two counts of criminal trespass allegedly on March 9, 2017, at the Irving-Circle K in Seabrook. According to the indictment, he was previously convicted of a prior offense.
David Rosario, 34, pictured lower middle, of Weald Road in Portsmouth, for felony duty to report allegedly on Dec. 7, 2016, in Portsmouth. According to the Department of Safety, he was convicted of attempted felonious sexual assault on a victim under 13 in September 2006.

Kimberly Roy, 49, of Fairway Drive in Derry, for felony falsifying physical evidence and criminal trespass. She allegedly attempted to conceal a baggie in her mouth on Feb. 27, 2017, while in a secured premises in Derry. Aaron Rushing, 35, of Oak Terrace in Haverhill, MA, for false reporting of accidents and conduct after an accident, both felonies, as well as driving after revocation or suspension. On Nov. 20, 2016, in Hampstead, he was allegedly gave false information to an officer that a woman was driving after another woman was injured during a crash. He also reportedly had a suspended license at the time of the crash.
Savannah Russell, 30, of Cumberland Road in North Yarmouth, ME, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, conspiracy controlled drug act; acts prohibited – reportedly providing transportation to Angelique Dunlap to go to Massachusetts to purchase drugs, and possession-fentanyl with intent to distribute, sell, dispense allegedly on Feb. 3, 2017, in North Hampton.
Christina Sargent, 31, pictured lower left, of South Main Street in Seabrook, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to sell and delivery of articles prohibited-fentanyl, both felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents in Rockingham County and in Brentwood at the Rockingham County House of Corrections.
Kori Schlieder, 42, pictured lower right, of Gordon Avenue in Newmarket, for possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-Alprazolam and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies, as well as disobeying an officer and driving after revocation or suspension. The charges stem from alleged incidents in Deerfield on June 9, 2016. According to the indictment, he was previously convicted of a prior offense.
Edward Seekings, 50, of Epping Road in Exeter, for stalking-subsequent, a felony, as well as driving after revocation or suspension and driving or operating under the influence-second offense. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Route 108 in Newfields, Exeter, and Newmarket on March 24, and March 25, 2017. He was previously convicted of stalking, according to the indictment.
Travis Sefton, 27, of Burnt Swamp Road in East Kingston, for willful concealment-third offense, a felony, and disobeying an officer. On March 23, 2017, he allegedly concealed items at the Kohl’s in Seabrook and then failed to stop for a police officer. Previously, according to the indictment, Sefton has been convicted of theft twice before.
Jessica J. Senter, 29, of North Road in Sandown, for felony theft by unauthorized taking allegedly between Oct. 1, and Nov. 4, 2016, in Sandown.
