Kingston Woman Indicted On Drug Death Charge: Court
Boston woman indicted for pepper spraying workers during robbery, Hampton man indicted for prison assault, Queen City man indicted for rape.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Noah Washken, 34, upper center, of South Shore Lane in Ossipee, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, marijuana, one a felony, allegedly on Feb. 6, 2017, in Portsmouth.
Kelly Webber, 38, of Linlew Drive in Derry, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies, allegedly on Feb. 2, 2017, in Salem.

Kara Welch, 26, upper left, of Hunt Road in Kingston, for felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl resulting in death. On Nov. 11, 2016, in Rockingham County, Welch allegedly sold fentanyl to Sharon Anne Zirpolo-Dyson, 41, of Londonderry, causing her death. Melody Williams, 31, upper right, of Santuit Street in Boston, MA, on two counts of felony robbery for allegedly spraying pepper spray at two employees of Lord & Taylor at the Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem on Feb. 15, 2017.
Leo Witham, 31, lower center, of Ashworth Avenue in Hampton, for felony assaults by prisoner for allegedly striking a Rockingham County House of Corrections employee on July 2, 2017, in Brentwood.
Eric Wolov, 48, of Ithaca Lane in Newmarket, for felony tampering with witnesses and informants – allegedly attempting an individual to withhold testimony about an assault – and stalking – a person with a restraining order – on May 28, 2017, in Newmarket.
Brian Woodward, 26, lower left, of Log Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and sexual assault. On March 4, 2017, in Fremont, he allegedly raped and kissed a woman who tried to push him away.
Alan Yang, 32, of Grace Street in Malden, MA, on four counts of prohibited sales for allegedly selling alcohol to three people who were underage and one who was intoxicated on Feb. 29, 2016, in Stratham.
Ethan Youngman, 23, of Loop Road in Hudson, for felony possession of a controlled drug-hashish oil with intent to distribute on April 8, 2016, in Deerfield.
