Mass. Prisoner Arrested On Firearm Theft Charges: Sheriffs

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

Brooke M. Parent, 27, of Village Road West in Norwood, MA, was arrested on Sept. 14, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of reckless conduct.

Marc C. Turgeon Jr., 35, of Bunker Lane in Madbury, was arrested at Sept. 12, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the status hearing on an original charge of fentanyl possession.

Frederick M. Cote, 29, pictured, of MCI Concord in Concord, MA, was arrested on Sept. 11, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of controlled premise where heroin was kept, on a judge’s order to arrest on two counts of theft, on a judge’s order to arrest on four counts of theft of firearms – an AR-15, .22 Ruger, .32 auto pistol, and a 308 Remington Woodmaster, on a judge’s order to arrest for burglary. Dean A. Landry, 62, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, was arrested on Sept. 7, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of attempted theft from a motor vehicle.

Joseph G. Stanley, 35, of Denmark Drive in Northwood, was arrested on Sept. 6, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for civil contempt-failure to appear.

Veronica S. Schmidt, 28, of First Street in Barre, VT, was arrested on Sept. 5, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for violation of probation on an original charge of possession of methadone.

Daryl G. Gurley, 24, of Linlew Drive in Derry, was arrested on Sept. 1, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest.

Alan T. Yang, 33, of Spruce Lane in Stratham, was arrested on Sept. 1, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest on four counts of prohibited sales of alcohol.

David A. Auld, 55, of Appleton Street in Laconia, was arrested on Aug. 30, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of possession of methamphetamine, on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of marijuana, and on a judge’s order to arrest for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle.

Justin R. Dombroski, 28, of South Avenue in Derry, was arrested on Aug. 30, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of fentanyl possession as well as two bench warrants – one out of Derry District Court for theft and another out of Salem for reckless operation.

Vilma L. Torres, 42, of Lawrence Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Aug. 28, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a theft charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for shoplifting.
