Hooksett Man Indicted For Allegedly Threatening To Shoot A Dog

Alleged Bristol ID fraudster indicted, Penacook man indicted for drugs in prison, and man indicted for allegedly sexually assaulting a girl.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Myk Neuner, 30, upper right, of Lake Street in Bristol, on two counts of identity fraud. On Aug. 8, 2017, he allegedly used the identification of another to obtain bail services while in Concord.

Dana Nikolais, 32, of Wildwood Avenue in Bristol and/or Hill, for aggravated felonious sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, both felonies. Between Aug. 1, 2010, and Aug. 31, 2012, he allegedly offered a girl a Nintendo DS if she would let him digitally assault her.

Robert O’Rourke, 61, upper middle, of Pine Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl allegedly on Sept. 13, 2017, in Hooksett.

Aimee M. Parent, 25, of Red Oak Hill Road in Wentworth, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Buprenorphine allegedly on Jan. 6, 2017, in Concord.

Weston Pearson, 34, of Grove Street in Kingston, MA, for felony burglary. On May 28, 2017, he allegedly burglarized a room at the Holiday on North Main Street for the purpose of committing assault.

Jenness Peterson, 21, upper left, of Dundee Avenue in Hooksett, for felony criminal threatening. On Sept. 6, 2017, in Hooksett, Peterson allegedly threatened to shoot a woman’s dog with a handgun.

Scott Prince, 49, lower left, of Elliot Street in Penacook, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-Suboxone, methamphetamine and two counts of delivery of articles, all felonies. On Aug. 10, 2017, while an inmate at the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen, he allegedly had drugs in his possession.

Nicholas Ramalho, 20, middle left, of Queen Street in Boscawen, for organized retail crime spree, seven counts of theft by unauthorized taking-principal/accomplice, and receiving stolen property, all felonies. The crime spree and theft charges allegedly involving stolen Dyson vacuums from Bed Bath Beyond, Target, and Walmart, in Concord and Hooksett while reportedly aided by Cody Loos and/or Rachel Ribecca and/or Robert Ramalho in August 2017. The stolen property charge allegedly involved numerous parking meters belonging to the city of Concord on Sept. 27, 2016.
