Alleged Strangler, Gun Threat Suspect, Others Indicted in Rockingham Superior Court
Plus, alleged Litchfield rapist, alleged Newton burglar, alleged Maine drug dealer, and habitual offenders all indicted.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Eric E. Earle, 20, pictured upper right, of South Main Street in Newton, for two counts of burglary, attempted burglary, and receiving stolen property, all felonies. On June 20, 2016, in Kingston, he allegedly disposed of a pickup truck in the woods. On June 27, 2016, in concert with Charles Ryan and Justin Boivin, he alleged burglarized the Depot Crossing Gas Station on Main Street and the Dunkin’ Donuts on East Main Street, and attempted to hi the Hampstead Variety on East Main Street, all in Hampstead.

Richard R. Edgerly, 37, of Exeter Road in Newmarket, for felony second-degree assault and criminal threatening. On Aug. 22, 2016, in Newmarket, he allegedly strangled a woman and struck the windshield of a vehicle while she was sitting in it.
Ryan Emery, 30, of Long Falls Dam Road in New Portland, ME, for felony habitual offender and conduct after an accident, allegedly on Sept. 9, 2016, on Walnut Hill Road in Derry.

Koty Emmons, 20, of Brook Road in Litchfield, for felony aggravated felonious sexual assault. In January 2016, he allegedly raped girl in Atkinson.
Angela Errington, 20, of Cumberland Street in Westbrook, ME, for felony possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, with intent to distribute, two felony counts possession of a controlled drug-Alprazolam, Clonazepam, as well as transporting alcoholic beverages, allegedly on Oct. 30, 2015, on I-95 in Greenland.
Craig Ford, 45, of Winthrop Avenue in Lawrence, MA, for two felony counts of receiving stolen property as well as three counts of felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, fentanyl, crack cocaine, allegedly on Oct. 4, 2016, in Salem.
Scott Foucault, 51, pictured upper center right, of Lippold Road in Atkinson, for felony reckless conduct, for allegedly threatening that he would blew others away on Aug. 5, 2016, while he was intoxicated in Atkinson.
Nicholas Francois, 21, pictured upper center left, of Boulder Court in Suncook, for felony habitual offender, for allegedly driving on I-95 in Portsmouth on Sept. 10, 2016.
Jason Gallagher, 36, pictured upper left, of Ralph Wink Road in Waldboro, ME, for two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, with intent to distribute, allegedly on Oct. 4, 2016, in Portsmouth.
