Utah Man Arrested On Rape Charges: Sheriffs

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

Jamie B. Wells, 42, of Willow Road in East Kingston, was arrested on Sept. 14, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a probation hearing on a possession of Zolpidem charge and a warrant.

Barry L. Gallant, 50, of Manchester Street in Manchester, was arrested on Sept. 12, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, two counts of simple assault, resisting arrest or detention, falsifying physical evidence, and obstructing governmental operations.

Jared T. Roberts, 28, of Railroad Street in Lancaster, was arrested on Sept. 8, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of heroin possession. Jason W. Stevens, 42, of Cresent Street in Portland, ME, was arrested on Sept. 7, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a forgery charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for forgery, and a bench warrant for possession of a controlled drug and operating after suspension.

Joseph St. Laurent, 38, of Prospect Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Sept. 6, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at an impose sentence hearing on an original charge of theft and a warrant for false report to law enforcement.

Sharon M. Emerson, 38, of Whitewater Drive in Penacook, was arrested on Sept. 5, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the sentencing of an original charge of fentanyl possession, on a judge’s order to arrest for a second warrant for failure to appear at the sentencing of an operating under the influence charge, and a third warrant for failure to appear at the sentencing of an original charge of operating after suspension.

Joshua J. Diaz, 24, pictured, of West Oxbow Circle in Salt Lake City, UT, was arrested on Sept. 1, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault.

Glen A. Maxwell, 34, of Kelly Road in Manchester, was arrested on Aug. 31, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest VOP on a forgery charge.

Charles D. Ross, 54, of Main Street in West Newbury, MA, was arrested on Aug. 30, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for deferred sent. on an original charge of theft.

Ryan P. Mahoney, 26, of Pollard Road in Plaistow, was arrested on Aug. 30, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear in drug court on a theft charge.

Brent M. Allen, 59, of Narrow Lane in Phillipston, MA, was arrested on Aug. 28, 2017, for DUI, open container, possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle.
