Alleged Meth Maker with Bomb Materials, Others Indicted: Roundup
Two indicted in Best Buy Apple product swindle, Salem woman indicted for DVD thefts, sex offender indicted for registration compliance.
KINGSTON, NH — The following people have been indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Matthew Starble, 33, pictured upper left, of Wesley Street in Danbury, for attempted manufacturing of methamphetamine and attempted possession of an infernal machine, both felonies. On Feb. 22, 2016, in Danville, he allegedly possessed materials to create the drug, a fuse, and powder type filler.

Tara Starr, 25, of Poplar Road in Salem, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, for allegedly obtaining control of DVDs at Walmart in Salem on July 31, 2016, having twice been convicted of theft in the past.
Stephen Stys, 51, pictured upper left center, of R Brian Avenue in Derry, for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements, a felony, allegedly on May 23, 2016, in Derry.

Edward Then, 36, pictured upper center right, of Francis Street in North Andover, MA, four counts of theft by deception, three a felony, and three counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, two a felony. Then allegedly drove David Figueroa to Best Buy in Salem in April and May 2016, to purchase Apple products with a stolen credit and information.
Chad R. Tombarello, 32, of Canal Street in Lawrence, MA, for reckless conduct, for allegedly driving a Saab into a police vehicle on April 12, 2016, in Salem.
Jennifer Tousignant, 37, pictured upper right, of Hanover Street in Manchester, for driving after revocation or suspension and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on July 3, 2016, in Raymond. She was convicted of driving after revocation or suspension in September 2013 in Rochester District Court.
Shantal Umbro, 27, of Wyndmere Drive in Londonderry, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing $1,500+ worth of items from a home in Londonderry in November 2015.
Luis Vasquez, 24, of Katharine Street in Lawrence, MA, on two counts of accomplice fraudulent use of a credit card and two counts of accomplice theft by deception, all felonies. In April and May 2016, he allegedly rang up Apple merchandise while working at Best Buy in Salem and allowed David Figueroa to manually to enter the credit card numbers of stolen credit cards, according to the indictment.
Marissa Vermette, 22, of Public Street in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, a felony, as well as possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle. She was allegedly stopped while driving on Route 101 in Raymond.
