Alleged Stranglers, Others Indicted In Rockingham County: Roundup

Plus, a Rhode Island man indicted on drug, prostitution charges, a Texas man indicted on incest charges, and alleged Salem forger indicted.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Danielle Flynn, 37, of Kingsley Street in Nashua, for felony delivery or articles prohibited-Burprenorphine. The indictment alleges that on Jan. 11, 2017, while being held in the Rockingham County House of Corrections, she had the drug concealed on her person.

Joey Gandadeiro, 31, of Abner Street in Smithfield, RI, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-heroin and prostitution and related offenses. On Sept. 3, 2016, he was allegedly in possession of the drug on Ocean Boulevard in Hampton and knowingly allowed his apartment to be used for sexual contact in return for consideration, according to the indictment.

Geraldo A. Gonzalez, 53, pictured lower right, of Sagamore in Avenue in Portsmouth, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine-subsequent and resisting arrest or detention allegedly on Nov. 2, 2016, in Portsmouth. According to the indictment, he was previously convicted.

Kenneth Gurski, 39, of Dakota Drive in Fremont, on two felony counts of second-degree assault-domestic violence as well as three counts of domestic violence and criminal threatening. On Dec. 30, 2016, he allegedly strangled, spat at, and pulled the hair of an intimate partner. He also allegedly threatened to murder the woman if she left him.

Erica Hall, 34, of Route 28 Bypass in Derry, for felony burglary, criminal threatening, reckless conduct, and two counts of criminal mischief. During the early morning hours of Nov. 2, 2016, she allegedly burglarized a home on Ferland Drive, swung a metal fire poker at a victim. Allegedly in concert with Sydney Belanger, they alleged damaged an interior door and exterior windows at the home.

Adam Hammond, 37, of Portsmouth Avenue in Greenland, on two felony counts of second-degree assault-domestic violence for allegedly strangling an intimate partner on Nov. 4, 2016, in Portsmouth.

Brian K. Hand, 33, of Lucille Avenue in Salem, on two felony counts of forgery, alleged on Sept. 12, and Sept. 13, 2016, in Salem.

Eric Hawkins, 24, with a last known address of Holmwood Drive in Jasper, TX, on two felony counts of incest. On June 16, 2016, in Exeter, he allegedly had sexual activities with an adult member of his family member.

Cody Haynes, 20, pictured lower left, of Newton Road in Plaistow, for felony stalking. On Jan. 17, 2017, he allegedly engaged in two or more acts during a period of time, approaching, confronting, or targeting another person in Hampstead.

Dionisios Hologitas, 31, pictured lower center, of Burnham Avenue in Brockton, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine allegedly on Nov. 5, 2016, in Raymond.
