Mass. Man Indicted On Hampton Crack Dealing Charge: Rockingham County Superior Court Indictments

Plus: Derry and Maine men accused of strangulation; Goffstown man accused of calling in active shooter incident while being chased by cops.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Cassandra Leigh Aldecoa, 21, of Stoneham Road in Sanbornville, on second-degree assault-deadly weapon and three reckless conduct-deadly weapon, all felonies, and a driving under the influence charge. She was accused of driving drunk on Route 101 in Exeter, the wrong way, on May 17 and causing an injury to a state trooper.

John Aloise, 60, of Rockingham Road in Londonderry, on a felony count of stalking-subsequent offense. He was accused of communicating with a protected party between May 29 and May 30 in Londonderry. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a stalking charge in Manchester District Court in January.

Craig E. Elkhorn, 64, of Skyline Drive in Bartlett, on a felony count of indecent exposure and lewdness. He was accused of exposing himself in Portsmouth on Feb. 28. Previously, according to the indictment, Elkhorn was convicted of indecent conduct in Ellsworth ME District Court.

Shawn Michael Finocchiaro, 44, of Walnut Street in Peabody, Massachusetts, on six felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Lowe's in Seabrook on Feb. 20, Feb. 26, and March 8, Home Depot in Plaistow on March 18, and Home Depot in Salem on March 22. Twice before, according to the indictment, Finocchiaro has been convicted on theft charges.

Gerald Lee Francis, 33, of Hamilton Street in Dorchester, MA, on possession of crack cocaine and possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine with intent to sell charges, both felonies. He was accused of possession of 5 grams or more of the drug on Dec. 4, 2025, in Hampton.

Jason Alexander Schalebaum, 19, of Franklin Street in Stoneham, MA, on reckless conduct-deadly weapon. He was also accused of driving at a high rate of speed in Stratham on March 16.

Jason Schlander, 44, of Willow Way in Jefferson, Maine, on two attempted domestic violence-second-degree assault-strangulation charges, both felonies, as well as bail jumping, criminal threatening, and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner and/or family member on Dec. 14, 2021, in Derry. Schlander was accused of failing to appear for a sentencing hearing in Derry District Court in April 2023.

Patrick George Stitt, 52, of South Main Street in Derry, on felony second-degree assault-strangulation, criminal threatening, and domestic violence-simple assault. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in the face on Oct. 5, 2025, in Derry and threatening to punch her and punching her in the face.

Thomas Sturgis, 41, of Donna Drive in Exeter, on a domestic violence-second degree assault-strangulation felony charge. He was accused of strangling a family or household member on April 2 in Exeter.

Hollins Mitchell Sylvain, 43, of First Avenue in Goffstown, on reckless conduct and false public alarm charges. He was accused of driving a motor vehicle recklessly and calling in a fake active shooter incident in Raymond on March 8.
