Penacook Man Indicted On Knife Threat Charge: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Pittsfield sex offender accused of moving to town, not telling cops; habitual offenders indicted; man accused of stiffing Bow hotel.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Peter Shea, 73, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony theft of services. He was accused of failing to pay the Hampton Inn in Bow for lodging between April 1 and June 30, 2022.

Jamie M. Shue, 25, of Route 120 in Lebanon on a felony possession of LSD on June 18, 2022, in Franklin.

Timothy S. Siderchuk, 23, of West Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Oct. 11, 2022, in Concord.

Eric R. Sleeper, 52, of Franklin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on tampering with witnesses and informants and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug on Sept. 14, 2022, in Franklin, and attempting to induct another to inform falsely, saying, “better fix this very soon” and-or “you have a month to fix this” while adding or “all hell is going to break loose,” or words to that effect on Sept. 29, 2022, in Franklin.

William Slocum, 36, of Chestnut Street in Pittsfield on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of not telling Pittsfield police by Aug. 7, 2022, that he moved into town on July 27, 2022. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on duty to report in Concord District Court in July 2008.

Christopher Spataro, 28, of Gilford Avenue in Laconia on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-hydromorphone on June 29, 2022, in Concord.

Raymond Stefanelli, 52, of Binton Street in Manchester on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving in Hooksett on Aug. 21, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Sylvia S. Stokes, 82, of West River Road in Hooksett on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving in Hooksett on Sept. 2, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Wendy Sturtevant, 57, of Union Street in Manchester on a felony conspiracy to commit delivery of articles to prisoners charge. She was accused of agreeing with Saturn Alleyne, Jorge Alvarado, Michael Meucci, Joshua Peno, and others unknown or unindicted, to introduce buprenorphine into the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord. Sturtevant, the indictment stated, used “coded language” over the phone while discussing getting the drugs into the prison between July 11 and July 14, 2021.

John Sweeney, 55, of Somerville Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Nov. 1, 2021, in Hooksett.

Hollins Sylvain, 30, of Mammoth Road in Manchester on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving in Hooksett on Sept. 21, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Habakku Tarwo, 20, of Village Street in Penacook on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of brandishing a knife at a juvenile during a robbery incident on Oct. 13, 2022, at Rolfe Park in Concord.
