Lowell Man Accused Of Distributing Fentanyl: Superior Court Roundup
Contractor indicted on theft charges; Salem man indicted on sexual abuse images charges; Mass. man accused of crashing into Seabrook house.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Cory Joseph Spencer, 47, of Demeritt Avenue in Lee on two theft by deception and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of agreeing to install hardwood floors and stairs and taking more than $1,500 from an Epping resident between June 17 and Sept. 14, 2022, and $1,500 from a Sandown resident to repair a deck between Feb. 15 and Sept. 26, 2022, and did not complete any of the work.
Jason Jerrell Starks Jr., 21, of Clinton Street in Brockton, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge in Salem on June 8, 2022.

Patrick George Stitt, 48, of Harvard Street in Manchester on driving while being certified as a habitual offender and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving on Ashleigh Drive in Derry after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV and stealing items from Walmart in Derry on Sept. 4, 2022. According to the indictment, he has been convicted twice before on theft charges.
Ricardo Tejeda, 24, of Chestnut Street in Lowell, MA, on a felony possession of fentanyl with intent to sell or distribute charge, 97 pills, on April 1, 2022, in Salem.

Vincent William Ventiere, 33, of Rockland Road in Weare on a possession of methadone and delivery of articles prohibited-methadone charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug in the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on Nov. 23, 2020.
Rene Alonzo Villalta, 30, of Cummings Avenue in Revere, MA, on falsifying physical evidence and three reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of drinking and driving a vehicle into a building on Railroad Avenue in Seabrook, placing three people in danger of serious bodily injury on Au. 7, 2022.
Bradford Joseph Welch, 20, of Erin Lane in Salem on six felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. In Salem, he was accused of possessing videos on Sept. 8, 2022.
Stephanie Willis, 38, of Merrimack Street in Manchester on a felony operating while being certified as a habitual offender and disobeying an officer charges. She was accused of driving on the Spaulding Turnpike and giving an officer a false name after being stopped on July 12, 2022, in Newington.
Justin Ryan Wilson, 40, of Hampstead Road in Sandown on a felony second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charge. In Sandown, he was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Aug. 17, 2022.
