Barnstead Man Accused Of Nonconsensually Sharing Sex Video: Superior Court Roundup

Mississippi felon, Greenland man indicted on gun threat charges; Londonderry woman faces threat charge; drug, habitual offender indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Michael Arthur Gray, 27, of Providence Road in Barnstead on a felony nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images charge. He was accused of sharing a video of a woman engaged in a sex act intending to harass or coerce the woman on Feb. 10, 2022, in Exeter.

Ryan Christopher Hopkins, 37, of Fairwood Drive in Jackson, Mississippi, on criminal threatening-domestic violence and felon in possession of a deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening to kill a woman with a firearm saying “don’t play with me” and “do you know I am a killer?” or words to that effect on Aug. 27, 2022, in Londonderry.

Todd Michael Horstkotte, 51, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on theft by unauthorized taking and driving while being certified as a habitual offender charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing a Chevrolet Silverado truck at the 7-Eleven on Rockingham Road in Londonderry on Dec. 25, 2020, and driving it while being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Gabriel C. Kanakis-Hines, 41, of Pinewood Circle in Greenland on second-degree assault-deadly weapon-extended term, criminal threatening-deadly weapon, and reckless conduct-deadly weapon. He was accused of loading a gun, saying, “I’m going to f------ kill you” or words to that effect, and striking another person in the head with the gun on Sept. 6, 2022, in Greenland.

Debbi Lyn Kassin, 50, of Woodbine Drive in Londonderry on domestic violence-criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon-domestic violence charges, both felonies. She was accused of using a vehicle as a weapon and driving toward a family member while saying, “I’m going to run you over,” or words to that effect on July 5, 2022, in Londonderry.

Aaron K. Kiniry, 36, of Rockingham Village in Seabrook on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender charge in the parking lot of the Home Goods on Lafayette Road in Seabrook on Oct. 3, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Brittnee S. Kneeland, 27, of Pine Street in Londonderry on possession of oxycodone, possession of hydrocodone, and possession of hydromorphone charges, all felonies, on July 17, 2021, in Derry.

Edward A. Lashomb Jr., 43, of Gary Road in Northwood on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a Dodge Caliber in Northwood on Dec. 10, 2021.

Robert James Lennox Jr., 48, of Longhill Road in Dover on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of entering Portsmouth Market in Portsmouth on Oct. 4, 2021.

Jeffrey Addis Marquis, 51, of Bay Street in Goffstown on possession of cocaine and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and concealing a baggie to impair an investigation on Aug. 13, 2022, in Londonderry.
