Derry Man Indicted On Gun Threat Charges In Merrimack: Court

Nashua man indicted for stolen property, DWI after crash in Milford; New Ipswich man faces gun charge; man indicted on strangulation charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Alan Edwards, 41, of Pleasant Valley Road in Bradford on habitual offender, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-brass knuckles, and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges (fentanyl and methamphetamine), all felonies. He was accused of possessing the items and driving on Greeley Street in Merrimack on Oct. 5, 2021. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug possession charge in Belknap County Superior Court in February 2018.

Michelle Faust, 39, of Range Road in Windham on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl with intent to distribute charge on Sept. 25, 2021, in Hudson.

Keneth Fernandez, 24, of Fernwood Drive in Bow on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of obtaining unauthorized control of cash from two Hudson residents on July 22, 2021.

Jacob Finley, 25, of Hanover Street in Nashua on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing a handgun at a vehicle while a passenger in another vehicle on Oct. 17, 2021, in Nashua. Read more about this case here: Nashua Man Accused Of Firing Gun During Road Rage Incident

Steven Fleury, 41, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Oct. 23, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in 2018 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Mark Foster, 30, of Spruce Street in Manchester on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Hudson on Sept. 10, 2021.

Ernest Frobese, 81, of Concord Street in Nashua on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of failing to register his place of residency with Nashua police on Nov. 2, 2021.

John Gillick, 58, of Mason Road in New Ipswich on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing a handgun into the air while outside an apartment building and near a New Ipswich police officer on Oct. 24, 2021.

Corey Godinez, pictured, 30, of Redfield Circle in Derry on attempted first-degree assault and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies, as well as misdemeanor criminal threatening and harassment charges. He was accused of threatening people in a Merrimack workplace and building on Feb. 13, 2020, and threat by means of a firearm against former coworkers in Merrimack on Feb. 14, 2020.

Edgardo Gonzalez, 28, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on Sept. 24, 2021, in Nashua.

Frank Hampson, 41, of Shedds Avenue in Nashua on aggravated driving while intoxicated and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of causing a crash while drunk on July 11, 2021, in Milford that led to injuries to another person as well as being in possession of a driver’s license, credit card, and other items, owned by another person, that were stolen. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges.
