Indictment In Hampstead Robbery, Home Invasion Case: Superior Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Elizabeth Riddick, 40, of Curtain Avenue in New Britain, Connecticut, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Old Navy in Salem on April 28. Twice before, according to the indictment, she was convicted on larceny charges in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Juan Ramon Rivera, 43, of Bixby Street in North Andover, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge in Salem on Oct. 26, 2021.

Michael Rivera, 38, of Center Street in Methuen, MA, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing car cleaning supplies from Seasons Gas Station in Salem on April 8 and makeup products at CVS in Plaistow on April 10. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on other theft charges.

Michael Angelo Rivera Borrero, 48, of West River Drive in Manchester on a possession of fentanyl and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and concealing them in his sock on June 21 in Londonderry.

Jose Francisco Robles, 39, a homeless man, on burglary, second-degree assault-strangulation, two robbery, two criminal restraint, and six kidnapping charges, all felonies, as well as simple assault and criminal restraint charges. He was accused of stealing and robbing others, while armed with a gun, as well as robbing the XtraMart in Hampstead as well as a home invasion on Wellington Drive, demanding money or an ATM card, on Aug. 1 in Hampstead.

Demming F. Rocker, 49, of Middlesex Turnpike in Burlington, MA, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on March 17 in Seabrook.

Zackary Jay Rose, 35, of Main Street in Bennington, Vermont, on a felony possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute charge on June 26 in Candia.

Rebecca J. Russo, 27, of Richardson Drive in Derry on a possession of fentanyl charge on Sept. 24, 2021, in Salem.

Sergio Saldana, 29, of Callendar Street in Boston, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing video games from Retro Video Game World in Exeter on March 14.

Justin Scamman, 37, of Lovell Road in Stratham on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a car lift from a garage in Stratham between Sept. 5 and Dec. 24, 2021.
