Maine Man Indicted In Hampton Carjacking Case: Superior Court Roundup
Portsmouth man indicted on burglary charge; FL woman accused of attempted ring swindle in Salem; man faces child sex abuse images charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Delanae Sykes, 40, a homeless woman now located in Dover, on burglary and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. She was accused of burglarizing Dunkin’ Donuts in Exeter on May 23 and stealing cash from the manager’s office.
David W. Tayes, 46, of Douglas Hill Road in West Baldwin, Maine, on criminal restraint, theft by unauthorized taking, three counts of kidnapping, and two counts of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, all felonies. He was accused of carjacking a Dodge Nitro in Hampton on Aug. 26, with a woman and child inside the vehicle, holding them against their will, and speeding over a bridge turning the vehicle into a deadly weapon. Stephon Elliot Thomas, 26, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing Spirit Halloween in Newington on Sept. 3.
Derek Veillette, 21, of East Broadway in Derry on an extended term of imprisonment-simple assault charge. He was accused of shoving a child on Sept. 4 in Dover.

Stephanie Willis, 38, of Merrimack Street in Manchester on a felony habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Calef Highway in Epping on March 18 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Jake Daniel Wilson, 39, of West Road in Hampstead on three counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images and six counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, all felonies. He was accused of sharing files via private message with another user on Kik on Feb. 25 and possessing videos on Aug. 16.
Kelly Denise Zamer, 44, of Center Street in Miami, Florida, on a felony attempted theft by deception charge. She was accused of attempting to swindle and steal another person’s ring in Salem on Aug. 3.
Jeanne Elizabeth Andrews, 44, of Lower Barley Lane in Lebanon, Maine, on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. She was accused of driving a vehicle while under the influence of drugs, driving through multiple red lights, driving and passing other vehicles in the breakdown lane, and nearly causing a collision on Sept. 10 in Newington.
Cameron Richard Ayers, 21, a homeless man now located in Brentwood, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of throwing beer bottles at a vehicle in Exeter on Sept. 10.
Kevin M. Belanger, 53, of Range Road in Deerfield on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused of causing a collision with injury while driving drunk on Sept. 15 in Deerfield.
