Mass. Man Indicted On Prison Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — Daqhan Naraye Cromer, 25, of Marshall Way in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on aggravated assault by prisoner, attempted assault by prisoner, and assault by prisoner charges, all felonies. He was accused of pushing, striking, and spitting at a corrections officer on Dec. 12, 2022, in the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood.

Christiana Antionette Cruz-Malatesta, 21, Little Eastneck Road in West Babylon, New York, on attempted theft by deception and two forgery charges, all felonies. She was accused of uttering a check on the account of Flamingo Chill Inc. for $50,600 in Derry on Aug. 9, 2022, and a check on the account of Gerelco Electrical Contractors Inc. for $45,300 on Aug. 12, 2022, in Derry.

William Dominquez, 40, of Mary Batchelder Road in Hampton on possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of meth with intent to sell charges, all felonies, on June 11, 2022, in Portsmouth.

Krystal Tracy Duval aka Krystal Wilson, 30, of Somerville Street in Manchester on a felony habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on South Main Street in Derry on Oct. 12, 2022, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Guilherme Rodrigues Faxina, 22, of Annese Road in Chelsea, MA, on three felony reckless conduct charges. He was accused of driving a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol, weaving in and out of lanes, and crashing into another vehicle on Sept. 24, 2022, in Seabrook.

Alexander Matthew Garrett, 29, of Blake Road in Epping on two extended term of imprisonment-simple assault charges. He was accused of kicking and spitting at an Epping police sergeant on Aug. 23, 2022.

Thomas B. Gonsalves, 53, of Burton Lane in North Chelmsford, MA, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Oct. 2, 2022, in Hampton.

Ryan Robert Goodstein, 34, of Pleasant Street in Epping on a felony second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence count, criminal mischief, and domestic violence charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner, pushing them into a dresser, and damaging property on Nov. 20, 2022, in Epping.

Shaun Patrick Kaelin, 43, of Franklin Street in Derry on second-degree assault and possession of cocaine charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling a family member and possessing the drug in Derry on Oct. 4, 2022.

Antonio Maddox, 57, of William Street in Manchester on a felony possession of meth charge in Portsmouth on April 13, 2022.
