Alleged Bank Robbers, Drug Dealers, and Thieves Indicted
Alleged Nashua burglar, currently in prison, faces more charges; Merrimack man indicted on gun charge; teen arrested for heroin possession.

NASHUA, NH - The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court recently:
Matthew Christman, 24, of Danforth Road in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug (buprenorphine) after an incident on Nov. 3, 2015, in Nashua.

Joshua Corbett, 26, pictured lower right hand corner, of Naticook Road in Merrimack, for felony habitual offender after a traffic stop on Nov. 20, 2015, in Merrimack.
Calvin DeGreenia, 30, pictured lower left hand corner, currently incarcerated in the Northern New Hampshire Correctional Facility, for two counts of felony burglary. On March 20, and Aug. 13, 2013, he allegedly burglarized Demitri’s Tailor Shop in Nashua.

Larry Delaney, 63, pictured upper center, formerly of Congress Street in Nashua, currently incarcerated, for two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of criminal threatening, all felonies, as well as criminal threatening, two counts of simple assault, and two counts of domestic violence. On Nov. 29, 2015, he allegedly “did swing a pair of kitchen sheers” at and choked a Nashua woman. He also reportedly punched her in the face twice. On April 22, 2015, he allegedly choked the same woman and threw a chair at her.
William Donovan, 38, pictured upper right hand corner, of Blair Road in Merrimack, for felony receiving stolen property. He allegedly “retained” a Stoeger Cougar 9 mm from another man on Sept. 20, 2015, in Merrimack.
Peter Panetti, 41, of no fixed address in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (heroin)-second offense, on Sept. 11, 2015, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of controlled drug: acts prohibited in July 2015 in Merrimack District Court.
Hannah Paul, 18, pictured upper left hand corner, of Howe Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (heroin and fentanyl), on Aug. 9, 2015, in Milford.
Tammara Peachey-Kountz, 30, of Oak Street in Burlington, VT, for felony conspiracy to commit theft by unauthorized taking. Between Sept. 2, and Sept. 17, 2015, she allegedly acted in concert with Sarah Robinson to obtain or exercise unauthorized control of several purses, valued at more than $1,500, from Marshall’s in Nashua.
Waldy Pena, 21, pictured lower center, of Edwards Street in Nashua, for felony robbery after allegedly threatening a teller at Santander Bank on Main Street in Nashua on Oct. 2, 2015.
Bryan Perez-Lopez, unknown address, for felony reckless conduct, for allegedly swinging a knife at another person on Sept. 12, 2015, in Nashua.
Charles Ploss, 19, of Carriage Lane in Merrimack, for felony possession with intent to distribute (marijuana), attempted fraudulent use of a credit card, and theft by unauthorized taking. On May 25, 2015, he allegedly attempted to withdraw money using an ATM card that did not belong to him and allegedly obtained three credit/debit cards that he knew had been mislaid without trying to return the cards to the owners.
