Alleged Child Assaulter, Others Indicted: Roundup

Nashua man allegedly stole from his grandmother, elderly man faces 10 child porn counts, Hudson man indicted for shooting gun in the air.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court recently.

Terry Allen, 36, of Adelaide Street in Hudson, for felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon for allegedly shooting two firearm rounds into the air near another person on April 17, 2016, in Hudson.

Eddy Azcona, 29, of Kendall Pond Road in Derry, on eight felony sale of a controlled drug counts. Nashua Police allege that working in concert with Fredy Guardado, he allegedly sold heroin and fentanyl to a cooperating individual in March 2016. In March and October 2015, he allegedly was involved in more heroin and fentanyl transactions in Nashua.

Craig Banuskevich, 45, of Eric Avenue in Nashua, for financial exploitation ($1,501+) and theft by unauthorized taking ($1,501+), both felonies. Between August 2014 and August 2015, he allegedly used undue influence to take control of the financial resources of an elderly adult from Nashua for his own benefit, reportedly his grandmother.

Toni Beauchesne, 25, of Springfield, MA, for felony burglary. On June 23, 2016, he allegedly burglarized a building on John Street in Nashua.

Eric Bernard, 37, of Langholm Drive in Nashua, for domestic violence-criminal threatening and criminal threatening, both felonies, as well as three counts of domestic violence-simple assault, three counts of simple assault, and endangering the welfare of a child. On May 31, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly threatened a child with a knife and kicked the child in the buttock and torso.

Michael Boucher, 40, of Vine Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. Between October 2015 and May 2016, he allegedly made fraudulent returns at Pep Boys on Amherst Street in Nashua. He was convicted of theft in Nashua District Court in October 2015 and April 2014.

Elisha Branchi, 28, of Temple Street in Nashua, for two counts of felony sale of a counterfeit drug and possession of fentanyl. On May 11, 2016, she allegedly sold what she said was heroin to another person and was also in possession of fentanyl.

Curtis Cawley, 28, of no fixed address in Plymouth, for possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine and possession with intent to distribute-heroin, both felonies, allegedly on June 2, 2016. He was convicted of possession of a narcotic in 2006.

James Ciampa, 67, of Harris Road in Nashua, on 10 felony counts of child sex abuse images. He was alleged in possession of the photos on April 18, 2016.

Arielluis Collado, 20, of Osgood Street in Lawrence, MA, for four felony counts of sale of a narcotic drug, sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, and sale of a counterfeit drug-heroin. In February and March 2016, with reportedly working in concert with Fredy Guardado, he allegedly sold cocaine and crack cocaine to a cooperating individual working with the Nashua Police Department. On March 14, 2016, he allegedly sold fentanyl to a cooperating individual and said it was heroin.
