Queen City woman, Milford man indicted for Merrimack jewelry theft, NJ man indicted on ID fraud, Hudson woman indicted on $25K check fraud.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Ricardo Acevedo, 33, lower right, of Burns Hill Road in Hudson, on two felony counts of second-degree assault. On Dec. 10, 2017, in Nashua, he allegedly strangled an intimate partner.
Kyle Aguiar, 26, of Page Hill Road in New Ipswich, for felony reckless conduct – allegedly discharging a handgun in his apartment causing a bullet to enter into another apartment – on Nov. 28, 2017, in New Ipswich.

Stephanie Albino aka Stephanie Dionne, 37, lower middle, of Merrow Street in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly taking jewelry from a Merrimack home in August 2017.

Jestin Almanzar, 21, upper left, of 15th Street in Fort Lee, NJ, for forgery and identity fraud, both felonies, allegedly to defraud Verizon with a fraudulent passport card to obtain iPhone X cellphones on Dec. 1, 2017, in Nashua.
Alexandre Antunes, 33, upper middle, of Underhill Street in Nashua, for felony falsifying physical evidence for allegedly discarding a BB gun in the woods in order to impair an investigation on Oct. 29, 2017, in Nashua.
Karen Bass, 36, of Robin Drive in Hudson, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly obtaining a treasury check on the business account of Chasing Our Tails in Nashua in the amount of $25,000 on Aug. 14, 2017.
Brendan Breen, 31, upper right, of Morgan Street in Nashua, on nine counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and three counts of pattern aggravated sexual assault. Between January 2013, and October 2017, he allegedly raped and fondled a girl in Nashua.
Virgin Cardona, 49, lower left, of no fixed address, for criminal liability to sale of a controlled drug allegedly on Nov. 8, 2017, in Nashua.
