NH Man Indicted On Murder Solicitation Charge: Roundup
Hudson man indicted on burglary charges in Nashua and Merrimack, and Conway man indicted for allegedly trespassing, cutting pine trees.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Stephanie Albino aka Stephanie Dionne, 37, lower right, of Merrow Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine alleged on Sept. 11, 2017, in Nashua.
Dekara Anderson, 42, of Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for criminal solicitation of murder. On Aug. 1, 2017, in Nashua, he allegedly wrote and mailed a letter to a person requesting a murder be committed.

James Armstrong, 44, of Conway, for timber harvesting trespass, a felony. Between Oct. 26, 2016, and Jan. 4, 2017, he allegedly cut white pines from another person’s land in Pelham.

Jennifer Ayotte, 39, middle right, of Brook Village Road in Nashua, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-heroin allegedly on Oct. 19, 2017, in Nashua.
John Barbuti Jr., 29, upper right, of Quail Run in Hudson, on three counts of burglary and a single count of theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. On Nov. 10, 2015, he allegedly burglarized Papergraphics in Merrimack. Barbuti allegedly burglarized SkyVenture in Nashua on July 25, 2017.
Kimberly Barchard, 33, of Bridge Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, crack cocaine allegedly on Nov. 14, 2017, in Nashua.
Kane Bloomfield, 33, upper middle, of Claremont Street in Worcester, MA, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine, fentanyl allegedly on Nov. 18, 2017, in Nashua.
James Bourque, 47, upper left, of Maple Street in Nashua, on three felony counts of felonious sexual assault. In July, August, and September 2017, he allegedly fondled a girl under 13.
James Brunelle, 43, lower left, of Manchester Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of financial exploitation of elderly, impaired, or disabled adult – allegedly taking another person’s Social Security checks while under his power of attorney.
Julian Bush, 29, of Watts Circle in Hudson, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl on April 16, 2017, in Hudson. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of possession in March 2016, in Nashua District Court.
