Alleged Nashua Gun Thieves, Others Indicted: Roundup
Plus, pair who allegedly stole U-Haul vans, alleged Milford forger, alleged drug dealers, and burglary suspect from Derry all indicted.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in February and March.
William Mejia-Delisle, 23, pictured lower left, of Lincoln Street in Manchester, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, for allegedly stealing items from Macy’s in Nashua on Oct. 15, 2016.

Michael Nadworny, 35, pictured middle left, of Silver Drive in Nashua, for two felony theft by unauthorized taking counts. On Sept. 2, and Sept. 21, 2016, he allegedly took control of two U-Haul vans in Nashua.
Chelsea Osterman, 26, pictured center, of Blackstone Drive in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking – a U-Haul van on Sept. 21, 2016, in Nashua, in concert with Michael Nadworny – and two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-heroin, fentanyl allegedly on Nov. 13, 2016, in Nashua.

Kara Palmer, 32, pictured upper center, of Palm Street in Nashua, for sale of a controlled drug-heroin allegedly on Sept. 16, 2016, in Nashua.
Kristen Plante, 39, pictured right center, of Silver Street in Haverhill, MA, for felony forgery allegedly a check written to Ocean State Job Lots in Milford on the account of another person.
Manuel Rodriguez-Figueroa, 39, pictured upper right, of Temple Street in Nashua, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-Alprazolam, -subsequent and falsifying physical evidence, all felonies, allegedly on Nov. 7, 2016, in Nashua. Rodriguez-Figueroa was convicted of drug sales in October 2010 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Michael Roig, 26, pictured lower center, of Bowers Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking-firearm – an SCCY CPX-2 9mm handgun – and unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle allegedly on Nov. 6, 2016, in Nashua.
Kimberly Roy, 48, of Fairway Drive in Derry, for felony burglary for allegedly burglarizing a home on Gambia Street in Hudson on Oct. 7, 2016.
Tom Savong, 31, pictured upper left, of Princeton Boulevard in Lowell, MA, for felony theft by unauthorized taking-firearm – a Glock Gen 4 9 mm handgun – allegedly on Oct. 25, 2016, in Nashua.
Karissa Scruggs, 25, of D Street in Nashua, for felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl and two counts of resisting arrest or detention allegedly on Dec. 1, 2016, in Nashua. She was previously convicted in October 2012 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
