Alleged Nashua Rapists, Others Indicted: Hillsborough County

Plus, second man indicted in Merrimack kidnapping case, local man indicted on robbery charge, Rindge man indicted for assault in Milford.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Paul Gianetta, 42, lower left, of Atwood Court in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Aug. 7, 2017, in Nashua.

Kyle Goldberg, 29, upper right, of Tenby Drive in Nashua, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, Suboxone, Oxycodone, subsequent allegedly on Oct. 19, 2017, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was indicted on a possession of prescription drug charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in June 2016.

Edgardo Gonzalez, 28, of Blackstone Drive in Nashua, for felony robbery. On Oct. 11, 2017, he allegedly pointed a gun and jammed a sharp object against another person’s throat in Nashua.

Zachary Grandmaison, 26, of South Main Street in Nashua, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl allegedly on Sept. 25, 2017, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, was previously convicted of controlled drug act in February 2011, in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Kenneth Gurski, 62, upper middle, of Chandler Road in Nashua, on two counts of felony second-degree assault. On Sept. 17, 2017, in Nashua, he allegedly threw a woman to the floor causing a non-displaced left intertrochanteric hip (fracture).

Robert Hartt, 62, middle right, of Groton Road in Nashua, for felony criminal threatening. On Sept. 28, 2017, in Nashua, he allegedly pointed a firearm at two other people.

Justin R. Joaquin, 28, of Siesta Drive in West Wareham, MA, on two counts of criminal liability to kidnapping and criminal threatening. On Sept. 24, 2017, in Merrimack, he allegedly assisted Steven Fry during a kidnapping incident.

Israel Junkins, 26, of Daria Drive in Rindge, for second-degree assault for allegedly punching a man in the head on Sept. 29, 2017, in Milford causing a broken nose and orbital (eye socket).

Christian Lachapelle, 23, of Charlton Circle in Nashua, for aggravated felonious sexual assault and criminal restraint. On Sept. 16, 2017, he allegedly raped a woman in Hudson and locked her in a basement.

Cornel Lamper, 54, lower right, of C Lock Street in Nashua, for felony duty to report for allegedly failing to register in Nashua on Aug. 6, 2017.

David Le, 32, lower middle, of Silver Drive in Nashua, on two felony counts of possession of marijuana with intent to sell allegedly on Oct. 26, 2017, in Nashua.
