Nashua Drug Sweep: 13 Arrests

NASHUA, NH — Thirteen suspects were arrested in a Nashua drug sweep this week, police announced Thursday. The suspects were charged with crimes involving cocaine, heroin and marijuana oil, among other drugs. "Numerous individuals were arrested for various drug crimes, and various crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity," Nashua police Captain David Bailey said in a statement.

It was the 18th drug sweep Nashua police have conducted so far this year. Police said anyone with information about illegal drug activity should contact the police narcotics hotline at 603-594-3597. (Sign up for free daily newsletters and breaking news alerts from Nashua Patch.)

The 13 suspects arrested this week were identified as:

• Brendon Yoksh, age 23, of Windham, was arrested Monday on a warrant and charged with selling cocaine. He was released on $30,000 bail pending an arraignment October 4 in Nashua District Court.
• Paul Gianetta, 42, of Nashua, was arrested Monday and charged with heroin possession. He was released on $3,000 bail pending an arraignment October 5.
• Dakota Gladstone, 19, of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant and charged with felony cocaine possession. He was held on $30,000 bail pending an arraignment.
• Brian Poulin, 38, of Nashua, was was arrested Tuesday and charged with felony crack cocaine possession and falsifying evidence. He was held on $25,000 bail pending an arraignment.
• Sean Muldoon, 29, of Nashua, was arrested Tuesday and charged with selling crack cocaine (second offense). He refused bail and was held in custody pending an arraignment.
• Rachael Nickerson, age 35, of Nashua, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with suboxone possession (second offense). She was released on $10,000 bail pending an arraignment October 6.
• Nigel Almonte, age 24, of Nashua, was arrested on Wednesday on a warrant and charged with two counts of selling cocaine (second offense). He refused bail and was held at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections pending an arraignment.
• Gerald Lamphier, 26, of Lowell, Massachusetts, was arrested on August 09, 2017 and was charged with one count of Acts Prohibited; Sale of Controlled Drug; Marijuana, Felony. Lamphier was also charged with Possession of Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute, THC Oil, Felony, Possession of Controlled Drug, Alprazolam, Felony, and Possession of Controlled Drug, Marijuana, Misdemeanor. Lamphier was released on $30,000 cash or surety bail and is scheduled for arraignment on October 06, 2017.
• Samantha Marchant, 23, of Nashua, was arrested Wednesday and charged with marijuana possession and transporting drugs in a vehicle. She was released on $2,000 bail pending an arraignment October 6.
• Nelson Mercado, 67, of Nashua, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant and charged with selling heroin. He was released on $450 bail pending an arraignment October 6.
• Michael Smokler, 30, of Nashua, was Thursday and charged with selling heroin and crack cocaine. He was held on $25,000 bail pending an arraignment.
• Shane King, 21, of Nashua, was arrested Thursday on a warrant and charged with two counts of selling marijuana. He was held on $25,000 bail pending an arraignment Friday.
• Andrew Larose, 26, of Litchfield, was arrested Thursday and charged with oxycodone possession. He was held on $10,000 bail pending an arraignment Friday.
