Alleged Second-Degree Assaulter, Habitual Offender, Others Indicted: Roundup
Plus, alleged Nashua drug dealers indicted, Hudson man indicted on another handgun charge, and alleged Merrimack jewelry burglar indicted.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South recently.
Biagino Attardo, 55, of Lake Drive in East Hampton, CT, for felony theft by unauthorized taking ($1,001-$1,500) after an alleged incident at Toys R Us in Nashua on Feb. 12, 2016.

Aaron Austin, 45, of Hubbard Pond Road in New Ipswich, on two counts of felony second-degree assault. On May 15, 2016, in New Ipswich, he allegedly struck another person with a cane multiple times, causing lacerations and a fractured wrist.
Ryan Baldwin, 26, of Edgewood Avenue in Nashua, for second-degree assault, a felony, as well as three counts of criminal mischief, obstructing the report of a crime/injury, and criminal trespass. On Jun 28, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly threw a woman to the floor causing a fracture bone, struck a Jeep, smashed a glass on a table, kept her phone from her, and smashed her iPhone, all while in a location that he didn’t have permission to be in, according to the indictment.

John Barbuti Jr., 29, with a last known address of Quail Run in Hudson, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, for allegedly acting in concert with others in Hudson in October 2015 to remove a generator belonging to another person into a vehicle.
Tamara Batchelder, 35, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine, allegedly on June 2, 2016, in Nashua.
Robert M. Bates, 31, of Meadowbrook Drive in Nashua, for sale of a counterfeit drug-heroin and sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly to an individual cooperating with the Nashua Police Department on Jan. 5, 2016.
Daniel Brodeur, 53, of Bartemus Trail in Nashua, for felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender, driving without giving proof, and open container, allegedly on Aug. 10, 2016, in Nashua.
Michael Boucher, 40, of Vine Street in Nashua, for felony sale of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, allegedly on June 23, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in January 2001.
Thomas Bourgeois, 56, of no fixed address in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, a felony, allegedly on June 11, 2016, in Nashua.
Edward Broussard, 27, of Sullivan Road in Hudson, for carrying a handgun without a license-subsequent, a felony and possession of marijuana. The gun charge allegedly occurred on June 29, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted in March 2016 in Nashua District Court of carrying without a license. The drug charge was allegedly from June 6, 2016, in Nashua.
Kerri Brown, 33, of Chapel Lane in Merrimack, for burglary and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies. Between June 1, and June 19, 2016, she allegedly stole jewelry valued at more than $1,500 from another apartment in the complex where she was living.
Kevin Burgos, 29, of no fixed address in Nashua, for felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, second offense, allegedly on July 14, 2016, in Nashua to a cooperating individual. He was convicted of possession in December 2015 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
