Brookline Men Indicted On Gun Charges: Hillsborough County Court

Nashua residents indicted on drug charges, Hudson woman indicted for financial exploitation, Bedford man indicted on Merrimack drug charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Theresa Bissonnette, 37, lower left, of Strawberry Bank Road in Nashua, for felony sale of a narcotic drug-cocaine-second offense allegedly on Jan. 10, 2017, in Nashua, to an undercover police detective.

Kaspar Boghossian, 41, of Swan Street in Nashua, for falsifying physical evidence and possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl-second offense. He allegedly shoved a bag of fentanyl up his left cargo short opening during a motor vehicle stop on Aug. 17, 2017, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted for possession in January 2011 in Nashua District Court.

Nicholas Boucher, 22, lower middle, of Vine Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine allegedly on Aug. 12, 2017, in Nashua.

Benjamin Bourgault, 31, lower left, of Back River Road in Bedford, for felony possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine allegedly on Sept. 2, 2017, in Merrimack.

Kimberly Brousseau, 34, of Auburn Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly not scanning an $89.70 item at the self-checkout at Walmart in Hudson on Sept. 30, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted twice before of theft in July 2010 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South and Nashua District Court in May 2014.

James Brunelle, 43, upper right, of Manchester Street in Nashua, for felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Jan. 27, 2017, in Nashua.

Frank Burbee, 58, of North Mason Road in Brookline, for felony reckless conduct for allegedly discharging a firearm from a motor vehicle near a family member on Sept. 16, 2017, in Brookline.

Fred Carson, 39, right middle, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-heroin, cocaine allegedly on Dec. 23, 2016, in Hollis.

Monique Cook, 45, of Spruce Street in Hudson, for theft by unauthorized taking and financial exploitation, both felonies. Between Jan. 1, 2015, and Sept. 26, 2016, in Nashua, she allegedly took control of property – including money and jewelry – for her own benefit.

Mark Costello, 37, of Townsend Hill Road in Brookline, for felony reckless conduct for allegedly firing a handgun in a manner which may have placed others in danger several times in a Brookline residential area on Sept. 5, 2017.
