Convicted Drug Distributor Indicted Again In Nashua: County Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Nashua woman indicted on insurance fraud; convicted thief accused of another theft in Merrimack; man faces witness tampering charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Igette Katanga, 28, of Flagstone Drive in Nashua on a felony insurance fraud charge. In Nashua, she was accused of defrauding Progressive by filing a false claim for $3,465.85 on Dec. 6, 2021.

Casey Larcomb, 31, of South Groton Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Sept. 11 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, Larcomb was convicted in Coos County Superior Court in 2021 on an acts prohibited charge.

Kelly Leclerc, 36, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 30 in Nashua.

William Marchiani, 30, of Mar Vista Lane in Largo, Florida, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a stolen U-Haul trailer in Brookline on Sept. 14.

Ricardo Mayor, 22, of Mast Road in Manchester on a felony possession of marijuana with intent to distribute charge. He was accused of possessing between one ounce and five pounds of marijuana. Mayor was previously convicted on an intent to distribute charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South charge in October 2021.

Ranashali McCarthy, 23, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing Stepping Stones in Nashua on Sept. 8, in order to commit criminal mischief. Read more about this case here: Man Charged With Breaking Into Nashua Business That Helps Homeless

Jimmy Medeiros, 41, of Willow Street in Manchester on three felony witness tampering charges. He was accused of attempting to get a boy to testify that he was with him on Sept. 7, after being accused of second-degree assault, that he heard him state that he did not want to fight on Sept. 7, and of requesting a girl to ask a woman not to withhold testimony against him between Sept. 11 and Sept. 14 in Manchester.

Alexandra Morris, 33, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Sept. 8 in Nashua.

Michael Neuberger, 35, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Polo Ralph Lauren in Merrimack on Sept. 16 and Sept. 23. Neuberger has been convicted of theft in Concord District Court in March 2021 and Derry District Court in October 2021.

Khaled Nweiran, 53, of Salvail Court in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 25 in Nashua.
