Nashua Man Indicted On Pattern Child Rape Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Merrimack man indicted on strangulation charge; men accused of firing guns, endangering others; Milford woman faces drug charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Luis Lugo-Santiago, 38, of Flagstone Drive in Nashua on two felony motor vehicles; penalties charges. He was accused of driving in Hollis on April 2 and Blue Hill Avenue in Nashua on Aug. 17 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Malissa Machado, 42, of Auburn Street in Nashua on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, methamphetamine and fentanyl, charges, on June 13 in Nashua.

Antonio Machado, 46, of Amory Street in Nashua on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing a gun while standing on a public roadway, placing others in danger, on July 14 in Nashua.

Jonathan MacNeil, 36, of no fixed address in Merrimack, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Aug. 15 in Merrimack.

Crystal Mahoney, 30, of Lilley Avenue in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge. She was accused of working in concert with Cameron Moglia to sell the drug to an undercover Nashua police officer on Feb. 1.

Naomi Marden, 41, of Birchwood Drive in Milford on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-clonazepam charge on June 14 in Milford.

Nicholas C. Martin, 32, of Gillis Street in Nashua on a felony unemployment compensation fraud charge. He was accused of failing to disclose employment at Applebee’s Restaurant while collecting between March 21, 2020, and March 13, 2021.

Dagoberto Medina-Marroquin, 57, of Royal Crest Drive in Nashua on four felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping and fondling a girl repeatedly between March 1 and Sept. 30, 2019, in Nashua.

Jimmy Medeiros, 41, of Palm Street in Nashua on reckless conduct and two second-degree assault charges. He was accused of firing a gun into the ceiling of his apartment between Jan. 1 and Oct. 31, 2021, in Nashua, and strangling and repeatedly punching a woman, causing a rib fracture and a lung to collapse on Sept. 3 in Nashua.

Lindsey M. Miron, 37, of no fixed address in Nashua, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl, diazepam, and alprazolam, charges, in Nashua on July 5. Previously, according to the indictment, Miron was convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in September 2021.
