Former High School Teacher Indicted on Explicit Photo, Child Endangerment Charges

Alleged Nashua and Merrimack drug dealers and alleged Pepperell car thief indicted. Tyngsboro teen faces kidnapping, stalking charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in January in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Kevon Simpson, 20, pictured upper left center, of no fixed address in Nashua, for controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine. On Sept. 14, 2016, he allegedly sold the drug to an undercover Nashua Police officer.

Justin Spencer, 29, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony receiving stolen property, for allegedly stealing two diamond rings from a relative on May 10, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of theft in April 2015 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Sean Walker, 24, pictured upper right center, of Mallard Point in Merrimack, for two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-cocaine, marijuana, subsequent, allegedly on Sept. 6, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of possession in Merrimack District Court in November 2009.

Deborah Walsh, with a last known address of Winrow Drive in Merrimack, for theft by unauthorized taking and financial exploitation of an elderly, disabled, or impaired adult. Between January and September 2015, she allegedly wrote checks of more than $1,500 to herself against the account of an 86-year-old man from Hudson.

Robert Todd Wiley, 59, pictured upper left, of Mayflower Drive in Milford, for two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, seven counts obscene matter involving a child, one of them a felony, and six counts of exposing minors to harmful materials. In October 2016, in Merrimack, he allegedly sent photos to a 16-year-old depicting graphic sexual conduct between the teen and himself, attempted to obtain pictures from the teen, and engaged in conduct that endangered her health and safety in an effort to engage in sexual contact with him, according to the indictment.

Gregory Young, 34, of Mason Street in Pepperell, MA, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for four felony counts of stalking-domestic violence and violation of a restraining order. In September and October 2016, on Derry Street in Hudson, he allegedly violated a restraining order and appeared in close proximity to the victim. Young was previously convicted of stalking in Merrimack District Court in 2016 and violation of a restraining order in Nashua District Court in August 2016.

Christopher Zaher, 19, of Massapoag Road in Tyngsboro, MA, for kidnapping, kidnapping-domestic violence, interference with custody, all felonies, as well as four counts of stalking. On Nov. 27, 2016, in Litchfield, he allegedly kidnapped a child under 18 who was an intimate partner from her father. On Dec. 4, 2016, he was allegedly stalking the girl, communicating with her on Facebook.

Peter Zakos, 39, of Windham Road in Hudson, for second-degree assault, a felony, for allegedly striking another person in the face with a pool stick on Nov. 15, 2016, in Hudson.

Branden Zane, 27, pictured upper left, of Nashua Road in Pepperell, MA, for criminal mischief, three counts of theft by unauthorized taking, and receiving stolen property, all felonies. On Nov. 22, 2014, he disposed of a Jeep that didn’t belong to him in a parking garage. The next day, he allegedly damaged five vehicles in Nashua. On Dec. 10, 2014, he allegedly exercised control of two vehicle as well as tires and rims that didn’t belong to him in Nashua.
