Felon Indicted For Shooting Gun In Downtown Concord: Merrimack County Court

Alleged meth dealer indicted, alleged Salisbury strangler indicted on 13 assault charges, and alleged car thief shot by troopers indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Margaret Carrano, 24, pictured upper right, of Concord Gardens in Concord, for felony sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on March 29, 2017, in the area of the Concord Gardens in Concord.

Justin Cheney, 36, of Oak Hill Road in Salisbury, for second-degree assault, a felony, as well as 13 counts of domestic violence-assault, criminal threatening, and two counts of false imprisonment. The charges stem from two alleged incidents on Piper Hill Road in Loudon one between Oct. 1, and Oct. 31, 2016, for one of the false imprisonment charges, and March 18, and March 19, 2017, for the other charges involving an intimate partner. The indictment alleges that Cheney slapped, kick, and struck the woman with a piece of a wooden jewelry box, threw her into a bureau, and bashed her head against a tile floor.

Shane Collins, 42, pictured upper middle, of Derry, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On April 8, 2017, in Concord, he allegedly exercised unauthorized control over a 2004 Chevrolet van. Paul Cram, 48, pictured upper left, of Country Club Lane in Manchester, for felony habitual offender. On May 20, 2017, he allegedly drove on King Hill Road in New London.

Richard Cutter, 47, pictured lower left, of White Birch Lane in Farmington, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on June 3, 2017, in Pittsfield.

Jon Daigle, 30, of Forest Drive in Belmont and/or Laconia, on two felony counts of identity fraud. On Dec. 6, 2016, in Hooksett, he allegedly falsely represented himself as other people in order to obtain, money, credit, goods services, or anything else of value.

Timothy Dearborn, 33, pictured lower center, a homeless man now located in Concord, for felon in possession and reckless conduct, both felonies, for allegedly discharging a Taurus 9 mm pistol in Concord on June 14, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of burglary in Rockingham County Superior Court in August 2013.

Michael Deveno, 48, of Franklin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for convicted felons. On April 7, 2017, in Boscawen, he allegedly was in possession of a sharpened black plastic object. Deveno was previously convicted of possession of drugs in Hillsborough County Superior Court in January 2017.

Bryan G. Evans, 31, pictured lower left, of Murphy Road in Quechee, VT, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine and fentanyl and receiving stolen property allegedly on May 19, 2017, in Hopkinton.

Teghan Farwell, 27, of Fayette Street in Concord, for falsifying physical evidence and receiving stolen property, both felonies. On May 20, 2017, she allegedly retained the property of Thorne’s in Concord and concealed a plastic bag with the merchandise in a trash can. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of theft in July 2014, and December 2015, in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Candace Fontaine, 25, of South Main Street in Newport, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing laptop computers from Concord Orthopedics on May 23, 2017, in New London.
