Men Indicted For Allegedly Enticing Children Online: Hillsborough County Roundup

Plus, alleged Nashua drug dealers indicted, Merrimack man indicted on meth charges, Meredith man indicted for indecent exposure.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Hector Cruz-Alamo, 35, of C Street in Lowell, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine after an alleged incident on June 22, 2017, in Nashua.

Abdiel Ponce Cuevas, 28, lower middle, of West Hollis Street in Nashua, for certain uses of computer services prohibited, manufacture of child sexual abuse images, criminal solicitation, and four counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, all felonies. Between Jan. 1, and March 4, 2017, he allegedly solicited sexual digital images from a child on Snapchat.

Robert Cutter, 28, of an unknown address, on two felony charges of forgery for allegedly defrauding TD Bank in Nashua on Jan. 10, 2013, by uttering another person’s account. Alexander Del More, 29, lower left, of South Commercial Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of certain uses of computer services prohibited and endangering the welfare of a child, all felonies, for allegedly enticing a person he believed was a child to engage in sexual activity in a Google Hangout, speaking to the person, and sending a pornographic link on Aug. 4, 2017, in Nashua. Clint DePalmer, 36, lower right, of Royal Lane in Londonderry, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, marijuana, operating after suspension-subsequent, and possession of a prescription drug without a prescription, allegedly on July 12, 2017, in Merrimack. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of operating after suspension on November 2016.

Andrew Esburnett, 27, middle right, of Francis Street in Meredith, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and indecent exposure and lewdness allegedly on June 20, 2017, in Hudson.

Matthew Flattery, 39, of Conifer Street in Merrimack, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on June 5, and July 13, 2017, in Merrimack while out on bail on June 5.

Kyle Fleury, 36, middle left, of Front Street in Nashua, for felony sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on June 27, 2017, in Nashua.

Susan Freeman, 38, of Hood Road in Brookline, for felony theft of unauthorized taking – $1,501+ – for allegedly withdrawing money from another person’s account between Dec. 1, 2016, and Jan. 30, 2017, in Brookline.

John Gagnon, 34, upper right, of Prescott Street in Nashua, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Buprenorphine-subsequent allegedly on April 12, 2017, in Nashua.

Alejandro Garcia, 22, upper middle, of Beech Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-cocaine allegedly on April 24, and May 1, 2017, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession of a controlled drug on Nov. 5, 2014, in Nashua District Court.

Dan Gonzalez-Salas, 28, upper right, of no fixed address in Nashua, for felony criminal threatening for allegedly threatening another person with a knife on Dec. 4, 2016, in Nashua.
