Merrimack Man Indicted On Knife Threat Charge: Roundup

Nashua teen indicted on stolen gun, police assault charges, Raymond man indicted on child rape charges, Pelham man indicted for burglary.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Jonathan Flynn, 21, lower left, of Livingston Road in Pelham, for burglary and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies. On Jan. 7, 2018, he allegedly burglarized E&A Mart in Hudson and stole more than $1,500 worth of cigarettes.

Charles Francoeur, 28, upper middle right, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl-subsequent offense allegedly on Feb. 1, 2018, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of controlled drugs; acts prohibited in February 2016, in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Peter Fritsch, 52, upper left middle, of Hancock Lake in Merrimack, for felony criminal threatening for allegedly brandishing a knife in a threatening manner and using threatening language against another on Jan. 21, 2018, in Merrimack.

Michael Georgeoulis, 24, upper left, of Theodore Avenue in Pelham, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Jan. 30, 2018, in Nashua.

Justin Hart, 19, lower right, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of attempted escape as well as simple assault. On Dec. 18, 2017, in Nashua, he allegedly retained the property of another – a Smith and Wesson 9 mm handgun and a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado – attempted to escape from police and assaulted an officer.

Justin Healy, 32, of Phyllis Avenue in Raymond, on three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. Between March and November 2017, he allegedly raped a girl in Pelham.

Krystian Hoszkiewicz, 25, of Old Country Farm Road in Wilton, for felony criminal mischief for allegedly smashing windows on a vehicle in Milford on Oct. 28, 2017.

Kurt Hovling, 44, lower middle right, of Lawrence Road in Hudson, for robbery, reckless conduct, and criminal threatening, all felonies. On Jan. 30, 2018, he allegedly robbed a home and threatened a woman in Hudson.

James Holloway, 33, of Elmwood Road in Hancock, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on Elm Street in Nashua on Jan. 27, 2018.

Jeffrey Howes, 40, lower left middle, of Orchard Street in Amesbury, MA, for domestic violence for allegedly brandishing a knife and threatening to kill and woman on Dec. 22, 2017, in Nashua.
