Merrimack Woman Arrested On OUI Charges: Police Roundup

Plus: Manchester man faces stalking charge; woman arrested on drug charge; and man arrested on speeding and drunken driving charges.

MERRIMACK, NH — Frederick Lassor, pictured upper left, 32, of Lowell Street in Manchester was arrested on Feb. 20, 2020, on operating under the influence of liquor and speeding charges. Around 1 a.m., an officer saw a vehicle driving north on the Daniel Webster Highway at 64 mph in a 40-mph zone. The officer stopped the vehicle and accused Lassor of showing "signs of intoxication and impairment consistent with the consumption of alcoholic beverages." After a field sobriety test, he was arrested. Lessor is due in court on Feb. 25.

Whitney Manley, upper middle, 20, of Belmont Street in Merrimack was arrested on Feb. 18 on a possession of a controlled drug charge and a warrant. Around 9:30 a.m., an officer was at a local home for a warrant check on Manley and arrested her. "Whitney was found in possession of a controlled drug at the time of the arrest," according to Sgt. Sean McGuire of the Merrimack Police Department. She's due in Hillsborough County Superior Court South March 5.

Jose Gurley, upper right, 21, of Arlington Street in Manchester was arrested on Feb. 18 on a stalking charge and a warrant. Police received a tip that Gurley, who had an active warrant, was in town. Officers responded to the home and arrested him. During the arrest, officers learned that he was not to be within 300 feet of a person in the home. Gurley was arrested and held at the Valley Street Jail. He's due in court Feb. 19.

Jessica Tomberlin, lower left, 36, of Thornton Road in Merrimack was arrested on Feb. 14 on aggravated operating under the influence of liquor, operating under the influence of liquor, operating under the influence of liquor-per se charges. Around 8:30 p.m., an officer stopped a vehicle on Continental Boulevard near Naticook Road for speed and lane control violations. "Upon speaking with the driver, identified as Tomberlin, the officer observed possible signs of impairment due to the consumption of alcohol," said Sgt. William Gudzinowicz of the Merrimack Police Department, and was arrested. She was processed and released on personal recognizance bail.

Aricia Jackson, lower center, 28, of Canterbury Way in Merrimack was arrested on Feb. 12 on operating after suspension-second offense and operating with a suspended registration charges after a traffic stop on Back River Road for a motor vehicle violation.
