Nashua Man Indicted On Robbery, Gun, Drug Charges: Hillsborough County Superior Court
Woman indicted on drunken driving charges after Merrimack crash; man accused of dealing drugs again; Hudson man indicted on gun charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Cameron Moglia, 32, of Reed Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge. He was accused of acting in concert with Crystal Mahoney to sell fentanyl to an undercover police officer in Nashua on Feb. 28.
Erica D. Murphy, 39, of Bridge Street in Manchester on aggravated driving while intoxicated and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. She was accused of driving under the influence on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack on April 30 and injuring a state police trooper. Stefanie Nevin, 40, of Rimmon Street in Manchester on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and three pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug as well as a .50 caliber Buckhorn Magnum muzzle loader, a Winchester Arms shotgun, and metallic knuckles in Hollis on July 12. Nevin is a felon due to a felony ID fraud conviction in Cheshire County Superior Court in March 2019.
Ronald Newman, 53, of Temple Street in Nashua on three felony sale of a controlled drug-subsequent offense charges. He was accused of selling crack cocaine to a cooperating individual of the Nashua Police Department on March 30, April 5, and June 20 in Hudson. Previously, according to the indictment, Newman was convicted on a drug sales charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in December 2010. Michael Patierno, 42, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 11 in Nashua.
Fallon Peno, 36, of Tyler Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of acting in concert with Marion Smith to steal items from Walgreens in Nashua on June 14.
Amoy L. Pickering, 30, of Lions Avenue in Hudson on first-degree assault, criminal threatening, and reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing a firing a gun at another person while inside of a vehicle on July 6 in Hudson.
Joshua Provost, 30, of Murphy Street in Manchester on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of keeping a deposit of more than $1,500 for a construction job and then failing to do the work between June 14 and July 25 in Brookline.
Leonora Ramirez, 41, of Debbie Lane in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony identity fraud charge. She was accused of opening credit card accounts in the name of another person on Jan. 19 in Hudson.
Reinaldo Ramos Jr., 32, of Tenby Drive in Nashua on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-alprazolam, robbery, and felonious use of a firearm charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug in Nashua on June 14. On Aug. 13, Ramos was accused of lifting his shirt and flashing a gun during a robbery at Finish Line in Nashua and stating, “What are you gonna do now?,” or words to that effect.
