Contoocook Man Indicted For Resisting Arrest Where Cop Was Injured: Court
Plus: Concord drug indictments; Hooksett, Manchester residents indicted on theft charges; habitual offender indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Richard Newcomb, 26, of Gould Hill Road in Contoocook on a felony resisting arrest or detention charge. He was accused of causing bodily injury to an officer during an arrest on May 21 in Concord.
Rachel L. Newton, 30, of West Main Street in Tilton on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-subsequent, methamphetamine and fentanyl mix, charge on Feb. 16 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted for acts prohibited in Merrimack County Superior Court in June 2018.

Stefanie Anne Nevin, 40, of Rimmon Street in Manchester on a felony theft by deception charge. She was accused of placing a fraudulent clearance barcode on an item over an existing barcode in an effort to commit fraud on Jan. 24 in Hooksett. Twice before, according to the indictment, Nevin has been convicted on theft charges.
Zachary T. Noel, 28, of Pleasant Street in Hooksett on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing tools and a generator belonging to another person on July 9 in Pembroke.

Christopher D. Parker, 40, of Carriage Lane in Hopkinton on a felony unlawful possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on June 28 in Concord.
Trevor Partridge, 28, of Park Street in Northfield on two felony possession of controlled drug, meth and fentanyl, charges in Franklin on April 26.
Jesse E. Pickard, 35, of North Main Street in Concord on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, buprenorphine, clonazepam, and meth, charges in Concord on May 19.
The following people from Concord were indicted recently in Belknap County Superior Court.
Hector Rodriguez, 28, of Asby Road in Concord on operating after certified as a habitual offender and possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, meth, charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing meth and driving a 2006 Volkswagen Jetta in Belmont on June 19 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV in September 2019. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug possession charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in April 2017.
James A. Morin, 42, of Village Street in Penacook on two felony possession of controlled drug-subsequent charges. He was accused of possessing fentanyl and meth on June 23 in Alton. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted for possessing a narcotic drug with intent to sell in March 2010 in Belknap County Superior Court.
Stacie Gentile, 54, of Hall Street in Concord on operating after certified as a habitual offender and possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, meth, charges, both felonies, on June 10 on Route 3 in Tilton. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of acts prohibited in Grafton County Superior Court in September 2016. Gentile was certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV in March 2008. She was also previously convicted for habitual offender in February 2016.
