Alleged Nashua Rapist Indicted on Multiple Charges

Plus, alleged drive-by shooter driver indicted, Mass. man indicted for reckless conduct, and alleged drug dealer faces three charges.

Hillsborough County Superior Court indicted the following people recently:

Melvin Campbell, 41, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, on two counts of felony robbery for allegedly using a handgun to rob the West Hollis Street Market in Nashua on Sept. 10, 2015, and the Speedway gas station on West Hollis Street in Sept. 12.

Erick J. Cruz (Rivera), 20, of Tolles Street in Nashua, for criminal liability reckless conduct, two counts of criminal liability to first-degree assault, and criminal liability to attempted murder, all felonies. On Aug. 5, 2015, in Nashua, Cruz allegedly provided transportation for Angel Flores while he allegedly fired at a male victim.

Wilfredo Cruz, 40, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, for duty to inform and duty to report, both felonies. During July and August of this year, he allegedly failed to notify Nashua Police about his new address location.

Phillip De Los Angeles, 26, of Badger Street in Nashua, for three counts of felony sale of a controlled drug (marijuana) for allegedly selling the drug in June in Nashua.

Mark Detsch, 26, of Hampshire Drive in Nashua, for two counts of second-degree assault-domestic violence and two counts aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence, all felonies. On Sept. 12, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly strangled and held his hands over the mouth and nose of a woman he was previously an intimate partner. He also allegedly threatened to use physical violence against the woman if she didn’t perform a sex act even after refusing to give consent.

Michael G. Dewhurst, 29, of Vokes Terrace in Lynnfield, MA, for reckless conduct, a felony, disobeying a police officer, resisting arrest or detention, and misuse or failure to display plates. On Sept. 11, 2015, he allegedly engaged in a high-speed chase with the New Hampshire State Police on the Everett Turnpike in Nashua. During that chase, he allegedly refused to stop, fled from the scene of the traffic stop after stopping his vehicle, and later, was found to have attached a Mass. plate to his GMC van that belonged to a Saab.

Mark A. Maloon, 21, of Mile Slip Road in Milford, for aggravated felonious sexual assault for allegedly holding down a female and digitally penetrating her on March 12, 2015, in Wilton.

Kayla Schlim, 23, of Hunter Farm Road in Peterborough, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (fentanyl) on March 19, 2015, in Nashua after having been previously convicted for possession on September 2014.

Jason Trythall, 33, of King Street in Merrimack, on two counts of felony falsifying physical evidence. On March 6, and March 26, 2013, while in Nashua, he allegedly tried to deceive a judge by pretending to be the plaintiff of a case and presenting motions to change counsel and a motion for withdrawal.
