Men From Nashua Indicted On Child Assault Charges: Hillsborough County Superior Court Indictments

Plus: Bedford man indicted on Milford statutory rape and witness tampering charges; accused strangler indicted; stolen car indictment.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Omar Rivera, 42, of Heon Court in Nashua, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and crack cocaine on Nov. 3, 2025, in Nashua.

Dustin Robinson, 40, of Pine Street in Nashua, on three felony counts of second-degree assault-domestic violence. On March 16, in Nashua, he was accused of striking a girl in the face with an open hand three times, causing bruising.

Italo Rodrigues, 20, of Holbrook Hill Road in Bedford, was indicted on felonious sexual assault and tampering with a witness charges, both felonies. He was accused of statutory rape on Aug. 10, 2025, in Milford. After police began investigating the incident, Rodrigues attempted to get the girl to deny the sexual assault, according to an indictment, on Sept. 26, 2025, in Milford.

Peter De Jesus Rosario, 39, of Lock Street in Nashua, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine on Feb. 25 in Nashua.

Bernie Sanchez, 29, of Myrtle Street in Nashua, on six felony counts of second-degree assault-domestic violence. He was accused of assaulting a young child with a belt repeatedly on March 10 in Nashua.

Leon Scott, 40, of Gaffney Street in Nashua, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Nashua on March 30.

Vincent Segura, 38, of no fixed address in Manchester, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a stolen 2025 Toyota Corolla in Hudson on Oct. 15, 2025.

Christopher Serrano, 34, of Warren Street in Woburn, Massachusetts, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-with intent to distribute. He was accused of possessing 15.21 grams of cocaine and 18.59 grams of fentanyl on March 10 in Nashua.
