Webster Man Indicted On Meth, Fentanyl Possession, Distribution Charges: Merrimack County Court Roundup
Plus: Loudon man indicted on shooting, gun threat charges; felon indicted on burglary charge; homeless men indicted on theft, drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Zaymen Burdette, 19, of Parmenter Road in Concord, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-psilocybin mushrooms-sale and intentional contribution to delinquency-psilocybin mushrooms charges, both felonies. He was accused of selling mushrooms and providing what was purported to be mushrooms to a 14-year-old girl on June 28, 2025, in Concord.
Dylan Lessard, 23, of Hilltop Drive in Loudon, on falsifying physical evidence, four reckless conduct, and three criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of threatening others and firing a gun in the kitchen of a home on Elm Street in Penacook while three other people were in the room with him on Nov. 18, 2025. Vincent A. Segura, 38, of Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing Suds Appeal on Washington Street in Concord on June 8, 2025. Tracy M. Hebert, 49, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from the Hannaford supermarket on Fort Eddy Road in Concord on Oct. 30, 2025. Twice before, according to the indictment, she was convicted on theft charges.

Bradley Reid, 31, of North Spring Street in Webster, on possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-subsequent-fentanyl, possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-fentanyl, possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-subsequent-methamphetamine, and possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-meth charges, all felonies. He was accused of intent to distribute and possession of the drugs on June 13, 2025, in Concord.

James Merchant, 40, a homeless man now located in Concord, on receiving stolen property, two possession of a controlled drug charges, meth and fentanyl, and four theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing stolen merchandise from Home Depot in Concord on Oct. 31, 2025; stealing batteries and food from Hannaford in Concord and a tent from L.L. Bean in Concord son Dec. 9, 2025; a donation bin and currency at Hannaford on Dec. 10, 2025.
James Webster, 36, of Brenton Road in Gilford, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-psilocin and cocaine, in Concord on May 9, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, Webster has previously been convicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in December 2018.
Zachary Breeden, 34, a homeless man now located in Concord, on theft by unauthorized taking and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing a Predator 5000 generator in Concord on Feb. 20, 2025. The drug charge was from an incident in Concord on March 31, 2025.

Keegan Blanchard, 39, of Rumney Route 25 in Rumney, on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of assaulting a woman and damaging items on High Ridge Trail in Concord and then returning 15 minutes later and reentering the home on Dec. 4, 2025, after previously being convicted on a stalking charge in April 2025.
Kristopher Estey, 43, of Loudon Road in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of removing ground wire, owned by Unitil, from a pole on Garvins Falls Road in Concord on Jan. 2, 2025. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.
