Mass. Men Indicted On Second-Degree Assault, Theft Charges

Merrimack man allegedly falsified evidence, Nashua sex offender charged with duty to report, Hudson man arrested for heroin possession.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South recently.

Luis Rivas, 28, with a last known address of Lynn Shore Drive in Lynn, MA, for second-degree assault and second-degree assault-domestic violence, both felonies, for allegedly throwing a wooden dowel at an intimate partner, striking her in the face, and causing a fracture on March 22, 2017, in Nashua.

Eduardo Rivera, 41, upper middle, of Temple Street in Nashua, for felony duty to report for allegedly not registering his address with the Nashua Police on Sept. 27, 2016.

David Roach, 37, of Wason Avenue in Nashua, for felony controlled drug acts, acts prohibited-heroin or fentanyl after allegedly knowingly dispensing the drug to a woman who overdosed on July 5, 2017, in Nashua. Robert Ryan, 35, lower right, of Granite Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine allegedly on April 13, 2017, in Nashua.

Aprile Ryder, 37, with a last known address of Laurier Street in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking – due to two previous convictions – for allegedly stealing liquor from the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet in Hudson on May 5, 2017. She was previously convicted, according to the indictment, of theft by unauthorized taking in Nashua District Court in July 2014, and Rockingham County Superior Court in October 2015.

Rafael Salas Jr., 28, of Prospect Street in Lowell, MA, for felony theft by unauthorized taking – $1,501+ – allegedly between July 17, and July 23, 2017, at the Sears in Nashua.

Bernie Sanchez, 20, of Abbott Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-marijuana allegedly on May 1, and June 12, 2017, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession in Nashua District Court in December 2016.

Karl Saunders, 34, upper left, of Yarmouth Drive in Nashua, for felony conspiracy to commit-sale of a narcotic drug-heroin allegedly on June 27, 2017, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of controlled drug act in 2017.

Jeffrey Schilling, 36, upper right, of River Road in Hudson, on four felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-heroin, fentanyl, allegedly on April 13, and May 15, 2017, in Nashua.

Sarah Schwarz, 36, incarcerated at the time of the indictment at MCI-Framingham in Framingham, MA, on two felony counts of forgery. On March 18, 2017, at the Santander Bank in Hudson, she allegedly forged the signature of another woman to defraud the bank.

Andrea Shamp, 25, lower left, of Hood Road in Brookline, on two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. Between Dec. 1, 2016, and Jan. 30, 2017, she allegedly withdrew money from another person’s account in Brookline.

David Theriault, 42, of Walnut Center in Merrimack, for possession of a controlled drug-Burprenorphine and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies, for allegedly swallowing a pill to impair an investigation on July 12, 2017, in Nashua.
