Auburn Felon Indicted On Merrimack Robbery, Weapon Charges: Court
Plus: Nashua woman indicted on reckless conduct gun charge; counterfeit money indictment in Milford; drug, theft, other robbery indictments.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Mark Denault, 33, of Edmonds Way in Gloucester, Massachusetts, on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of defrauding the yellow cab company with a counterfeit $100 bill in Milford on Aug. 18, 2017.
Shaina Fernandez, 34, of Orange Street in Manchester on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on April 16 in Merrimack.

Derek Gagne, 32, of O’Malley Street in Manchester on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of uttering a duplicated check purported to be from the town of Salisbury for $4,269.11 at Franklin Savings Bank in Merrimack on Jan. 15.
Joseph Gardner, 41, of Peter Road in Merrimack on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on April 19 in Merrimack.

Jazzmynn Hahnl, 22, of Salem Street in Nashua on a felony reckless conduct charge. She was accused of firing a gun in the woods without an adequate backstop in the direction of residential dwellings in Litchfield on Nov. 7, 2020.
Amber Hall, 33, of Kelley Street in Manchester on possession of alprazolam, possession of clonazepam, and possession of amphetamine charges, all felonies, on Oct. 21, 2020, in Nashua.
Adrian Hardin, 27, of Pearl Street in Manchester on two convicted felons and three receiving stolen property charges. He was accused of retaining a stolen Toyota Prius, a Ruger .22, and a Taurus .38 special on March 18 in Merrimack. Hardin is a felon due to a burglary charge in South Carolina in April 2016. Brian Heselton, 35, of Bunker Hill Road in Auburn on robbery and six pistols & revolvers: convicted felons charges, all felonies. He was accused of being in possession of many knives, and pointing one at another person and robbing them on April 24 in Merrimack. Heselton was convicted on a felony burglary charge in Rockingham County Superior Court in January 2014.
Steven Hurtado, 35, of Soundview Lane in College Point, New York, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,000 worth of sunglasses from the Sunglass Hut in Nashua on April 26, 2016.
Donald Johnson, 36, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charges on Dec. 17, 2018, and Jan. 30, 2019, in Nashua.
Cassandra Lloyd, 32, of Burnaby Street in Lowell, MA, on a felony accomplice to robbery charge. She was accused of assisting with the robbery of the EZ Mart in Milford, being the getaway car driver, on March 31. Brian McKeon was accused of being the robber in the incident.
Manuel Lopez, 25, of Boxford Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony burglary charge — a home on Longpond Drive in Pelham on Dec. 12, 2019.
Brian McKeon, 28, of Castle Road in Lowell, MA, on robbery, criminal threatening, and felon in possession charges, all felonies. He was accused of wielding a machete at a store clerk and demanding money or he would “chop him up” or words to that effect on March 31 in Merrimack. McKeon is a felon due to an assault with a dangerous weapon charge in Boston District Court in October 2013.
