Elderly Nashua Man Indicted On Gun Threat Charge: County Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Manchester man indicted on Merrimack forgery, theft charges; man indicted on Hudson sex offender charge; habitual offenders indicted.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Jeremy Mitchell, 46, of Lamplighter Drive in Nashua on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on the Everett Turnpike on Jan. 11 in Nashua after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Lauryn Mont, 31, of Ferryalls Court in Nashua on a felony common nuisances charge. Between June 1 and July 5 in Nashua, she was accused of keeping a house for drug-dependent people.

Santos Nieves Jr., 39, of Kimball Street in Manchester on forgery and attempted theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a fraudulent check from TD Bank in Merrimack to defraud V.H. Energy of $4,758.20.

John Oriol, 30, of no fixed address in Nashua on a receiving stolen property and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing six stolen checks from D&D Hardwood Floors on March 14 in Nashua and flushing them down the toilet to impair an investigation.

Dennis Peters, 41, of Pleasant Street in Nashua on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to report a residence to Hudson police between June 7 and June 28 after being convicted on an aggravated felonious sexual assault charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in June 2009.

Other Indictments

Zachary J. Cormier, 33, of Rindge on a felony driving while deemed a habitual offender charge in Cheshire County Superior Court. He was accused of driving on Route 119 in Cheshire County on Aug. 23 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Robert Leno, 74, of Factory Street in Nashua on a felony criminal threatening with a deadly weapon in Strafford County Superior Court. He was accused of pointing a handgun at a woman on July 26 in Somersworth.
