Pembroke Man Indicted On 8 Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Cocaine dealing indictments at the Best Western; Maine woman faces more Medicaid fraud charges; Concord man indicted on arson, drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Tina Allen, 48, of Quarry Drive in South Berwick, Maine, on prohibited acts-presenting false records and Medicaid fraud-false claims, both felony charges. She was accused of agreeing with Michael Maggiacomo to submit false claims to Medicaid between Aug. 1, 2018, and May 21, 2019, in Concord, the indictments stated. Allen was also indicted on charges in 2021.

Adam Boivin, 37, of Broadway Street in Pembroke on 8 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing multiple videos on Oct. 14, 2021, in Pembroke.

David A. Bolduc, 37, of Union Road in Belmont on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on March 21 in Concord.

Joseph A. Boucher, 34, of Washington Street in Concord on arson and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, phentermine and carisoprodol, charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing drugs and starting a fire in a house on South Street on Sept. 23, 2021. Zachary J. Cormier, 32, of Thayer Road in Rindge on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, amphetamine and dextroamphetamine mix, charge on July 15 in Concord.

Vanessa L. Cardillo, 37, of Douglas Drive in Bethlehem on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on April 30 in Bow.

Shawna Clark-Osgood, 32, of Perkins Road in Belmont on a felony operation of a motor vehicle after habitual offender certification charge. She was accused of driving on Iron Works Road in Concord on July 14 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Samantha J. Conklin, 26, of Cilley Lane in Bradford on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on Route 114 in Bradford on July 7 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Adam J. Cordano, 40, of Cedar Street in Tilton on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on March 21 in Concord.

Joseph Tyler Coutu, 26, of Elkins Street in Franklin on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on July 9 in Franklin.

Marcus Andrew Da Cruz, 30, of Massabesic Street in Manchester on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix, charges in Concord on Aug. 14.

Malena Dasilva, 39, with a last known address of the Best Western on Hall Street in Concord, on two counts of sale of cocaine and two counts of sale of cocaine-principal/accomplice charges, all felonies. On two occasions, she was accused of working in concert with Tracey Scott Francia to sell cocaine to an undercover Concord police officer, by negotiating the terms of the sale while Francia delivered the drugs, on April 19 and May 19, the indictment stated. For the two other charges, she was accused of selling the drug to an undercover Concord police officer on March 23 and May 19 on Hall Street.
