Ronald Francis Delgaudio, 50, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:36 p.m. on June 30 on a felony sex offender; failure to comply/knowingly-subsequent charge. On June 24, a detective was conducting a query of known registered sex offenders as part of the department’s weekly stop check list. Delgaudio must register with police twice a year after being convicted of felonious sexual assault in June 1993 in Collier County, Florida. The detective accused him of last registering in September 2021, missing the March semi-annual filing. The detective checked with the state to see if he had registered with them, and Delgaudio had not, the report said. Previously, the detective wrote, he was convicted of duty to report in June 2013 and October 2020 and negligent failure in June 2019. The detective and an officer visited a homeless camp in the Sheep Davis Road and Loudon Road area and found Delgaudio. “Is this about probation?,” he asked the officers. They discussed his required registrations, and Delgaudio said he missed the March filing due to being in the hospital after being struck by a minivan on Loudon Road in February, the report said, and figured he could just file in September. The detective confirmed the hospitalization but also confirmed previous contact with police at the Tru Hotel in April — which led to him being trespassed from the property. The detective said Delgaudio was staying at the hotel in April for two days and was later trespassed, the report said. A warrant was then issued for his arrest.
Victoria E. Elliot, 25, of Colebrook was arrested at 11:01 p.m. on June 6 on a criminal trespass charge. She was arrested after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.
