Elderly Nashua Man Indicted On Gun Threat Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Milford man indicted on strangulation charge; Merrimack drug indictment; theft indictments reported in Hudson, Nashua.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Brendon O’Connell, 30, of Dearborn Street in Milford on a felony second-degree charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Sept. 30, 2022, in Milford.
Clarence Phillips, 42, of no fixed address in Nashua on second-degree assault, criminal restraint, obstruction report of a crime and injury, criminal threatening, and four domestic violence charges, all felonies. On Nov. 19, 2022, in Nashua, he was accused of strangling an intimate partner, pushing her in the stomach and head, kneeling on her, hanging up her phone when she tried to call the police, and saying, “B----, do you want to do tonight … I’ll f------ kill you.”

Tawni Pillsbury, 32, of Range Road in Loudon on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth on March 1, 2022, in Merrimack.
Karissa Scruggs, 31, of A Street in Hudson on two felony theft by unauthorized taking at Home Depot on Aug. 2, 2022, in Nashua and Market Basket on Oct. 3, 2022, in Hudson. Twice before, she was convicted on theft charges in October 2012 and August 2022.

Candi Serounian, 47, of Morton Street in Exeter on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on Nov. 3, 2022, in Merrimack. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on a drug charge.
Lawrence Weller, 69, of Marshall Street in Nashua on two felony criminal threatening charges. He was accused of pointing a handgun at two people on Nov. 17, 2022, in Nashua.
