Derry Man Indicted on 17 Child Pornography Counts: Roundup

Alleged Portsmouth strangler indicted, Hampton man indicted for striking child, Raymond woman indicted on child endangerment, drug charges.

KINGSTON, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Nichole MacKenzie, 28, of Blacksnake Road in Seabrook, for five felony counts of accomplice to willful concealment all felonies. The alleged incidents occurred in November 2015 in Seabrook at Lowes. MacKenzie was twice previously convicted of theft of property in court, according to the indictment.

Giuseppe Maini, 56, of Sherburne Road in Portsmouth, on two felony second-degree assault counts and simple assault. On June 4, 2016, he alleged strangled and pushed a woman down a set of stairs in Portsmouth. In alleged concert with Candi Serounian, he allegedly caused a nasal bone fracture after they “physically attacked” her, according to the indictment.

Paul Maribito, 37, pictured lower right, of Ashworth Avenue in Hampton, for felony second-degree assault and simple assault. On May 19, 2016, in Hampton, he allegedly struck a child under 13 in the head causing the child to fall and scrape their knees.

Andrea Marshall, 25, of Moores Road in Seabrook, for felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, allegedly in Brentwood on June 1, 2016.

James R. Martin, 40, of Pleasant Street in Epping, for two counts of forgery and theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies, and fraudulent use of a credit card. In March 2016, in Raymond, he allegedly drew up checks in his name on another person’s checking account which resulted in between $1,000 and $1,500 dollars being taken from the account.

Johnny Martin, 25, pictured lower left, of Fairway Drive in Derry, 17 counts of attempted possession of child sexual abuse images, all felonies. On Feb. 1, 2016, while in Derry, he allegedly “had under his control” child pornography.

Samantha Martin, 28, pictured lower center, of Main Street in Raymond, for delivery of articles to prisoners, controlled drug act: acts prohibited, endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent, driving after revocation or suspension, detention or sanctions for default or breach of conditions. On Dec. 22, 2015, she allegedly was driving 60 mph in a 30 mph zone in Chester with uncapped syringes in her vehicle while her 7-month-old daughter was in the vehicle, according to the indictment. Martin was previously convicted of operating after suspension while she was driving and out on bail at the time. After being arrested, while at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood, she was allegedly found to be in possession of cocaine.

Joseph Masiello, 23, of Colby Road in Litchfield, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on April 8, 2016, in Windham.
