Man Indicted On Merrimack Child Sexual Assault, Endangerment Charges: Court Roundup
Nashua man indicted on gun threat charge; man indicted for burglaries; Litchfield woman indicted on wrong-way drunken driving crash charges.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Jennifer Pratka, 29, of Arcadian Lane in Litchfield on reckless conduct and two aggravated driving while intoxicated charges, all felonies. She was accused of driving drunk in the wrong direction on the Everett Turnpike in Nashua and causing a crash with injury on June 24, 2023. Ashley Reeves, 32, of no fixed address in Nashua, on four felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, crack cocaine and fentanyl, in July, August, and October 2023, in Nashua. Previously, she was convicted on a drug charge in Hillsborough County in March 2022.

Andres Resto, 21, of Gorham Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of uttering a check for $2,110 from another person’s account in Hudson on Sept. 13, 2023.
Markuz Sanchez Grandmaison, 23, of Chandler Street in Nashua on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of pointing a gun at another person and saying words to the effect of, “What are you going to do now, old man?” on April 16, 2022, in Nashua.

Jordan Sansone, 25, of Morningstar Drive in Derry on aggravated felonious sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child charges, both felonies. He was accused of fondling and sexually assaulting a teenage girl between May 14, 2018, and May 14, 2019, in Merrimack.
Miguel Saez, 59, of no fixed address in Nashua on two felony burglary charges. He was accused of burglarizing a building and the Yoma Food Market in Nashua on July 6, 2021. Read more about this case here: Felon Accused Of Burglarizing Nashua Home, Business In July 2021
