Milford, Nashua Men Indicted On Gun Threat Charges: Court Roundup
Plus: Newbury stalker faces new indictment; Bedford man indicted on strangulation charge; Lawrence man indicted on $70K forged check charge.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Dustin J. Daigle, 31, of Highland Street in Hudson, on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling and striking another person in the head with a handgun on March 10 in Hudson.
Carlos O. Dejesus, 37, of Scripture Street in Nashua, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of pointing a gun at another person on May 7 in Nashua.

Jason Del Vicario, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua, on attempted murder, first-degree assault, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of cutting another person’s throat, trying to kill them, and then concealing his backpack to impair an investigation on July 21 in Nashua. Joshua Deltwas-Ford, 33, of Route 103 in Newbury, on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of contacting a former intimate partner 10 times in Milford in violation of a protective order after being convicted of violation of a protective order in Milford District Court in September 2023.

Brian Eno, 43, of Donald Street in Bedford, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Merrimack on Oct. 22, 2023.
Elizardo Escaria Delason, 31, of Main Street in Nashua, on an identity fraud charge. He was accused of posing as another in Hudson on May 29.
Nathan Fortier, 23, of Baboosic Lake Road in Amherst on a felony motor vehicles; penalties-operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a Nissan Versa on Ferry Street in Hudson on June 23 after being deemed a habitual offender in December 2022.
Joanne Levigne, 41, of Auburn Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 3 in Nashua.
James Mackerchar, 50, of Copp Street in Nashua, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and throwing a baggie out of the window of a vehicle on Jan. 10 in Nashua.
Angel Miguel Marte Ruiz, 21, of Kinsley Street in Nashua on a felony conspiracy to possess a controlled drug with intent to distribute-cocaine charge. He was accused of agreeing with others to deal cocaine between December 2021 and October 2023 in Nashua.
Eric Mathews, 51, of Osgood Road in Milford, on criminal threatening and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of brandishing a firearm and pointing it at one person and driving his vehicle into another person’s vehicle on Route 13 in Milford on June 12.
Pedro Matos, 24, of Mechanic Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on forgery and theft charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check for $70,257.50 on the account of Atlantic Restoration and Contracting on Sept. 19, 2023, in Nashua, and withdrawing more than $1,500 in funds from Bellweather Community Credit Union from an account in which he deposited a fraudulent check on Sept. 28, 2023, in Nashua.
