Nashua Man Indicted On Sexual Assault, Rape Charges: County Superior Court Roundup

Felon indicted on gun, drug charges; Wilton man faces computer services, endangerment charges; sex offender indicted for duty to inform.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Daniel Brawer, 34, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 31, 2023, in Nashua.

Jony Burgos Santiago, 32, of Conant Road in Nashua on five felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of sexually assaulting and raping a woman on March 19, 2023, in Nashua.

Elio Omar Cabrera Lopez, 27, of Hanover Street in Nashua, and Delvin Castillo Portorreal aka “Delvi Castro” of Amesbury Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony conspiracy to possess a controlled drug-cocaine with intent to distribute charge. He agreed with Jose Ynoa Ynfante, and/or Maribi Garcia, and/or Ernesto Valerio, and/or Angel Miguel Marte Ruiz, and/or with others known or unknown, possessed cocaine to sell in Nashua between Dec. 4, 2021, and Oct. 3, 2023, according to the indictment. Approximately 2,009 grams of cocaine came from Puerto Rico to various addresses in Nashua across the two years.

Jose Castacio, 47, of no fixed address in Nashua, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine, pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-a Glock firearm, and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies, on June 3 in Nashua. He is a felon due to a receiving stolen property conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Jayme Charbono, 46, of Amherst Street in Nashua on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on Amherst Street in Nashua on April 16 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Sarah M. Coburn, 37, of Bridge Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on May 28 in Nashua.

Shannon K. Cosma, 43, of Glen Drive in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-psilocybin charge on March 8 in Nashua.

Dylan Cuddihy, 23, of Burns Hill Road in Wilton on attempted endangering the welfare of a minor and certain uses of computer services prohibited charges, both felonies. He was accused of sending multiple messages to a person he believed was a girl under 16 named “Holly” and asking her to send nude photos of herself between June 3 and June 12 in Wilton and was accused of using MeetMe to solicit a person he thought was a 14-year-old girl to engage in sexual assault between June 3 and June 12 in Wilton.

Courtney Lee, 42, of Bradford Street in Litchfield on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on March 28 in Nashua.

James Menento III, 38, of no fixed address in Hudson, on two felony duty to inform charges. He was accused of failing to register with Hudson police on March 28 and June 13. Menento is a sex offender due to possession of child sexual abuse images and indecent exposure and lewdness convictions from June 2021.

Preston Montana, 47, of Court Street in Rochester on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of violating a protective order of a former intimate partner by contacting her four times on May 9 in Hudson. Previously, Montana was convicted of stalking in Rochester Circuit Court in November 2020 and September 2023.
