Nashua Man Indicted On Merrimack Sexual Assault Charges: Court Roundup
Felon indicted on robbery, other charges; Hudson man indicted on knife assault, threat charges; sex offender faces registration charge.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Andrew Eastman, 36, of Broad Street in Nashua, on theft by unauthorized taking and attempted theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He exercised control over 50 checks valued at $200 each on Jan. 17 and forged a check for $1,850 on Jan. 19, both owned by Flower Outlet Inc. in Nashua, according to the indictments.
Barry English, 38, of Cheryl Street in Nashua, on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, reckless conduct, armed robbery, theft by unauthorized taking, and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of depriving another person of property on May 23 in Nashua. A month later, he was accused of brandishing a knife to threaten another person and driving in a dangerous manner on the Everett Turnpike in Nashua. English is a felon due to an accomplice to armed robbery in Hillsborough Superior Court-South in October 2005.

Crystal Farley, 37, of Timothy Lane in Hudson, two pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-switchblade knife and three controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies, on May 15 in Nashua. She is a felon due to a driving under the influence causing bodily injury in the Superior Court of California, San Diego, North County Division, in December 2010.
Kyle Freeman, 24, of Turkey Hill Road in Merrimack, on manslaughter, aggravated driving while intoxicated, habitual offender, and two disobeying an officer-motor vehicle accident/death charges, all felonies. He was accused of killing another person during a crash in Nashua on April 22. Maribi Garcia, 28, of Kinsley Street in Nashua on a felony conspiracy to possess a controlled drug with intent to distribute-cocaine. She agreed with Jose Ynoa Ynfante, and-or Elio Omar Cabrera Lopez, and-or Ernesto Valerio, and-or Angel Miguel Marte Ruiz, and-or Delvin Castillo Portorreal, and-or others unknown to distribute 5 ounces or more of cocaine in Nashua between Dec. 4, 2021, and Oct. 3, 2023, according to the indictment.
David Chipchak, 61, of Burns Hill Road in Hudson on second-degree assault, criminal threatening, and robbery charges, all felonies. He was accused of threatening and injuring a woman with a knife in Hudson on April 3.
Daniel Gillis, 45, of Railroad Avenue in Merrimack on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to register with police when he vacated a prior address in Merrimack on Jan. 15.
Ashley Cheyenne Green, 25, of Oak Street in Boscawen, on burglary, possession of methamphetamine, possession of alprazolam, and possession of clonazepam charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing the drugs and burglarizing a secured storage space on Crosswoods Path Boulevard in Merrimack on May 2.
Peter J. Hartwell, 48, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, crack cocaine and fentanyl, charges, both felonies, in Nashua on April 2.
Jeremy Howard, 26, of Nourie Park in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on March 31 in Hudson.
Yoriel Rosario Melo, 24, of Central Street in Nashua, on two felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of statutory rape against a girl who was between 13 and 16 with an age difference of more than four years on Feb. 11 in Merrimack.
